I ordered a multipurpose kitchen rack and these fraudsters deliverd a pan! For 1600!! These cheats should be sued for forgery and loot

I was charged twice by Delhivery for using the Nibuspost aggregator to ship a courier on November 21, 2022. The parcel was booked with a PIN code for an OD area and was later told by Delhivery that it was in RTO. I was again charged the same amount on December 28, 2022, and the company marked the delivery as complete without providing any proof of delivery or information on the whereabouts of the product, which was worth INR 5000. I believe that this company is fraudulent and has cheated me

Lost many customers coz of this terrible customer service. Will not recommend Nimbuspost at all, they do not take any ownership.

It's been a really good experience with nimbus till date. Their courier partners are quiet reliable and we've been able to increase our delivery success rate. Also, with their wide pin code reach, we've able to serve customers even in the remote locations.

Very poor service. They lost my 8 RTO shipments and said that they delivered them. When raised the concern multiple times, their team did not even share the POD (proof of delivery) of the RTO shipments. We lost our time and money with them. Avoid their services.

Worst company, they are liars, they are cheaters, never do business with them! First of all they delayed the delivery, when asked for reattempt, no reattempt was made and they were lying customer was not available. Funny thing is I had attached all the proofs that they were lying! Although they don't even care for their customer and just want to loot your money. I repeat never do business with this company, they don't care about you or your business.

absolutely pathetic customer service. They will NEVER reverse weight discrepancy issues no matter what nor they will take any action on Fake delivery attempt. Everything always gets closed in courier's favor.

they are fast but one and most worst problem with them is they send false weight disputes, I tried so much to solve this issue with them even I went and talked with Bluedart incharge also and got checked all my products weights by both dead weight and dimensions weight and their incharge clearly said that the weight I provide is absolutely correct then also nimbuspost.com didn't listen and start deducting my money, so I will suggest you please be ready for false weight dispute issue if you choose them.
