Absolutely a disgrace from Nike

Absolutely a disgrace from Nike. Such a huge worldwide company and the customer service is a joke. Purchased a pair of Nike TN trainers around 3 months ago, wore a few times then noticed the air bubble is burst. Contacted Nike to be told that because i never kept the receipt they can not exchange or even investigate the fault. Who in there right mind keeps receipts longer than 30 days. So Nike want you to keep receipts for any products for up to 2 years to cover there warranty??? warranty is worthless then in my eyes. £175 out of pocket now. WHAT A JOKE NIKE !!

Consider alternatives, cannot deliver!!

Absolute disaster!!!! Delivery to a pick up shop, Argos in Harwich, who cannot release parcel without QR code. No code issued by DPD as driver marked it as delivered when he left it in Argos store for collection. Escalated to DPD and Nike who both failed to produce a QR code and after 4 days Nike and DPD both come back and say it is delivered. It is still in Argos store but cannot be collected. Spoke to Nike this morning and now trying to get a refund.

No order from Nike is worth the stress if they use DPD as delivery company!

Should be Zero stars. Shambolic Nike

Should be Zero stars and I wish I had read the many similar reviews before purchasing from Nike. You just dont expect such shambolic communications and customer service from this brand. I too recieved a parcel that had an item missing from the box. A box that had been opened and resealed in the couriers branded tape. 1st call to nike - I received an apology after sending the images of the box 5 mins after receiving it. Then received an email to say no refund would be issued. 2nd call to nike - even though i didnt ask for a refund i just wanted the missing items, i was told that no refund would be issued as the weight of the box was correct when it left nike (crazy response as it is likely the item went missing after leaving nike due to courier branded tape). I requested a review by a manager. Only to receive a further email to say refund declined. 3rd call to nike- (now a bit more stern) i was told that i needed to respond to the email to request a review by a manager. This was done, nike employee confirmed receipt of email there and then and i was told to await a response in 5 days. Only to receive another impersonal response to say refund request declined. 4th call to nike - asked why I received this, what looked to be automated, response. Was told that this was indeed an automated response. This was my fault because my email requesting a management review (as requested) didn't contain the exact words 'please can I have a HUMAN REVIEW'. despite being told during call 3 that this was going to happen after nike received my email. Apparently, "AI isn't very intelligent and because I didn't use the exact words it didn't go to a HUMAN and so the claim was closed. I subsequently sent another email which the nike employee acknowledged so I wait again for another response. This is a ludicrous situation which is clearly deliberately designed to frustrate, due to time taken, so that we lose patience and give up. I was tempted to give up as my time is precious and the missing item is a pack of £17 socks. However, I am now P'd off and will to take this all the way to the top. Shame on you Nike!

Please Do not order from Nike

Do not order from Nike all the orders go missing and the customer support is AI robots. They are useless. My order is missing from 8th December they won’t just issue a refund they said they need to investigate it and they won’t issue a replacement they first need to investigate it and I was told this will take another 8 days. I am £200 out of pocket from trainers that I ordered 8th December expecting that would be plenty of time for Christmas and it’s still not sorted how is such a large corporate company getting away with treating customers like this. They are behaving like a scam site they offer no solution or customer support absolutely disgusting

I wish I’d read the reviews.

Ordering multiple Items yet only 1 item arriving but being billed for the total is clearly happening ALL THE TIME

Don’t order and if you have Check the weight on the packaging, that’s the only way to prove this fraud. Ordered 3 items and only 1 arrived. Such a joke.

27th December - still no refund from Nike. Despite random claims of help.

It would be zero stars

It would be zero stars. Nike are refusing to refund my money for an item that has 'gone missing' at a DPD depot for 9+days. Completely unhelpful staff. Wish I read reviews before ordering as this was the one thing my children had requested for Christmas and is now not going to be there on the morning, as I don't have the money to replace it without a refund. Clearly this is an ongoing issue with the company and its disgraceful how they're treating people. I will never order from them again. They couldn't care less about causing financial stress on people. £140 out of pocket over Christmas!

Nike customer support sucks

do not use the Nike website. their returns department and most of all their customer service department is terrible. I've had nothing but issue when returning/exchanging and had I not kept hassling them the first time I would have been robbed of £150. I am currently in the process of exchanging a pair of socks that THEY sent me by mistake instead of the pair I ordered. they sent me a pair of socks that aren't even worth half the price of the pair I purchased.

NEVER BUYING NIKE AGAIN.

No customer care

I placed an order for Christmas presents for 2 items that WERE IN STOCK for my son on the 3rd of December 2025. The 4th I received an email saying order dispatched, however, the status on dpd says we're waiting for your parcel. On the 14th of December, I still hadn't receive anything so I contacted Nike through the chat and been told that my items were OUT OF STOCK. The Nike "athlete" told me he couldn't know when it will be back in stock and if I'll receive my parcel before Christmas. Then I asked for a cancellation and a refund which the "athlete" was unable to offer in live but told me someone will get in touch. But no one did and I ended up putting a claim on paypal to get my cancellation and refund.
It is amazing to see such a famous brand having such a poor communication (no email received saying parcel will be delayed...just nothing) and customer service. I would kindly suggest Nike to recrut my 17 years old daughter to manage your customer service as she's studying it and understands much more than Nike on how critical it is for a brand to care about its customers.

TERRIBLE!
I have shopped with Nike online for years! What on earth has happened to customer service?! I had a missing item from my sealed parcel, received only 3 of 4 items in one parcel, however my order said the missing item had been delivered. I have reported this 3 times and nothing is being done.
You also no longer get any privileges for being a member! Nike members used to offer free delivery, and it was always super quick too! Now you have to spend a minimum of £50 for that offer.

Never in years have I experienced such poor service with Nike.
They seem to be tallying up bad repute behaviour of recent!

Lots of missing items from parcels, someone isn’t doing their job correctly, or they clearly have an internal thief from all the reports of missing items in parcels!

Horrendous experience with Nike

Horrendous experience with Nike. Wish I had read these reviews as this is obviously happening a lot! Ordered a football shirt for our daughter’s Christmas present. When the parcel arrived it was empty. Contacted Nike by phone, they said we had to fill out a form and they would investigate it. We have now been having emails back and forth over a week with absolutely no resolution. Appalling service. We are resigning ourselves to never seeing the item or a refund. Won’t be using them again and just feel so disappointed that a huge company like this get away with ripping people off.

Nike don't adhere to Consumer rights Act

I bought some trainers in the sale which turned out to the the wrong size. I arranged exchange with online chat, packaged and sent back. I then recieve an email telling me they are being refunded so I reach out on the nike website chat and I am told there is nothing they can and I will have to buy again at full price. Then contact support for a partial refund. I am still awaiting my first refund which can take 9 working days. This is completely against the consumer rights act, which states A seller cannot impose extra financial burden on a consumer because they mishandled the return. What should have cost £34.99 is going to have me out of pocket by £104.99 whilst I await refunds.

UK consumer law is built around the idea that a trader must not cause the consumer a detriment when correcting their own mistake.

0 stars!!!!! Missing items from my order.
Contacted and said would be looked into, and refused refunded. Contacted again and investigated again. Come back again to say won't be getting a refund.
DPD delivered the parcel, I am out of pocket £140 pound. Do not order from them and if you do try store collection and open the box in store as proof to ensure all items are there. The buyer is refused a refund whilst the person who has stolen the items gets away with it. Absolutely disgusting, and will not give up until au get my money back.

Scammers out of two pairs of trainers for my kids Christmas presents, said they delivered it but was not there and when I disputed it they said they will not refund as it got delivered, when it was not, gutted and will be taking it further because your scamming people.

DO NOT BUY FROM NIKE UK!!!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers but only one pair arrived. Trying to dispute this but Nike keep saying they were delivered and i'm not getting a refund!!! They have the worst customer service ever. It seems many consumers are having the same issue so this needs to be investigated!! Do not buy from them!

My parcel is now 4 days late, and customer service keeps repeating that it will be delivered “today,” even though it’s clear the parcel is lost. I’ve now been told it will take up to 8 days just to investigate, and I still can’t get a refund despite the system clearly showing the order hasn’t been delivered. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, especially disappointing after being a loyal customer for years.

This is the worst service ever…

This is the worst service I have ever been the victim of.
Parcel got stolen in transit by DPD. Called to get it sorted and was told we'd need to wait 2 weeks for them to investigate. The first call I was told "you are wasting my time". Told I'd get a manager to call back in 48h. It didn't happen. Then I called and was told I would get a call back in 2h. It didn't happen. Then I called and was told it would be in another 2h. Guess what - it didn't happen.
The helpline staff are deliberately unhelpful and when you make statements like "this is ridiculous" you're told to "keep this professional" like you're a naughty child, even though you're making an objective statements.
The profits that Nike makes should dictate a better level of service than this which is beyond the gutter. Thankfully my bank is now doing a chargeback as Nike does not care at all about sorting the issue

Ordered a sweatshirt and joggers from…

Ordered a sweatshirt and joggers from Nike. The box turned up with the bottom flat open and tucked under. The sweatshirt was missing from box. Phoned up and spoke to someone who said i need to send an email containing photos of box. I did this which goes to an automated computer which said I was sent out and they wouldn't issue a refund but I could ask for a human review. What is it now that you can't speak to anyone. I am now waiting up to 8 business days for a reply from my email. While I am waiting I am out of pocket of the money and no sweatshirt which is now sold out. Or was it sold out at the time and that's why it wasnt in the box. Shame on you nike
