Ordered pair of trainers for £152, they arrived with a damaged instep- the leather was worn. Returned by having to travel to the post office. The exchange pair arrived and were damaged in exactly the same place. So angry- also had to waste time and effort returning via the post office. Overpriced and low quality that’s all I have to say. Nike were good in the 90’s. Now today they are junk living off the name.

To be honest I always had a weakness for this brand, it’s one of my favourites sports brands, they keept my attention for they unique style

For my birthday, one of my friends got me a pair of Nike slip-ons. I liked them so much that I went back and they had so much stuff. We went to the one in the outlet mall in Gretna, NE. I got a lunch box, which was on sale and SUPER CUTE! A shirt, shoes, and shorts. It was a great experience and everyone there was really kind.

I love this store coz you can always pick something good on sale. It’s branded clothes, has awesome quality, and you have plenty of choices when shopping online. Just everything you need! Besides, the clothes always perfectly fit you!

Never had a issue that wasn't resolved in my favour

Failed miserably on service and delivering items ordered ,The lack of customer service in dealing with this is unbelievable....

First order took longer than expected to arrive and one item went out of stock in meantime after being told by customer service all was fine and on their way. No apology or anything.

2nd order has disappeared after being way over delivery date and scanned several times in warehouse every day for over a week for some reason. Again no proper apology. Luckily items still in stock (or hope they are as were on offer) but who knows if will be by time they resend them out or if I’ll get them. They’re all fake cheery but don’t feel they really care or are bothered. They say one thing then days later find out isn’t the case. Feel very reluctant to ever order again as each time has been an issue. I wouldn’t recommend. Also takes it ages for items to be sent out for some reason and nothing arrives when should, plus items show as in stock when order but by time they’re dispatched it seems they aren’t. Maybe other customers after me get the items, who knows. Expect more than to be just fobbed off with fake overly cheerful unhelpful advisors who don’t give me correct information.

I bought a pair of W AIR ZOOM TEMPO NEXT% FL in August last year in-store and in March 2022 they were falling apart so I arranged a return/refund making sure they had all my details i.e account number and sort code.
The return was sent nearly a month ago. 6 emails remain unanswered.
I had a call 10 days ago from a Nike rep saying they could not process the refund because my account number was missing but then proceeded to tell me my exact bank account number and sort code. I was puzzled at the call but then he 'reassured' me the refund will be done within 24h and the refund takes 3-5 working days. I asked for an email confirmation and he promised it'll be sent. Today, another 10 days later, still not having received the refund I contacted Nike on the chat, where I am only told that "our payments team is already fixing on how to process the refund" and it's been handled and to wait patiently, religiously repeating "rest assured" I am not assured at all and when I said I need a better answer than this and to escalate to a manager as my money has been held hostage and I am being repeatedly lied to (i.e previous call) Jorilyn immediately closed the chat.
Appalling experience, please contact me ASAP or reply 6 unanswered emails I've sent over the past weeks.

I really enjoy visiting the Nike store to get the latest Nike shoes, especially the ones that are suitable for physical sports like basketball. Because they are really comfortable and they have the perfect grip on the surface and they help you enjoy the rest of your game or any other physical exercise.

I always try to purchase Nike shoes and athletic apparel. I am impressed by their quality and the variety of what Nike offers. Also, their line of products is available in all the different sizes I have in my family. Also, their prices are reasonable, and periodically you can catch items on sale.

Nike declined £12 cashback on a qualifying purchase made through TopCashback. I wont shop here again due to that.

I have got Nike air zoom training flyknit a few years back and initially it was abit uncomfortable for a few days . But after a few days , it became so comfortable and it did help me a lot with my bunion amazingly . I guess the reason it was uncomfortable for a few days initially was the shoes was trying to shape my bunion feet and then it got used to it after . And it was amazingly helpful. Only people with bunion will know how horrible the pain is .. I am wearing Nike React these days and it is really good since Nike flyknit discontinued and Nike react is also very supportive for my bunion too . My husband used to wear Nike Vomero 13 and it was helpful with his knees which had surgery before . But these days he is wearing Nike react and it is better than previous vomero 13 . I only wish they could do customised shoes as I believe it would be much more helpful with individual feet issues and shapes . I strongly recommend the quantity of it .
