Thanks for your review! Basically you have warranty whenever you get banned for botting. Then you can contact us through live chat or our discord, and we give you a new account.

I got the account!
I got the account, everything worked. I was able to log in and change my email without any problems. However, I do not yet know whether the "Lifetime Warranty" will be adhered to.

Dear customer, you are able to purchase 20 champions with the BE you receive. By purchasing an account with 40.000 be expect to purchase 2 or 3 main champions and all the cheap ones to make it possible to start playing ranked.
Sadly you made the mistake to purchase 12 champions that are expensive. However if you refund 3 champions you are able to purchase all the necessary champions.
Hopefully this helps you out, maybe next time don't be so harsh about us.
