So I thought I was doing a nice thing. Supporting suicide awareness and then this. 1st my Chase card declined for fraud. Thank goodness I googled all of the names they are under and read all the reviews of scamming. I called my cc to make sure it was not charged and they actually recharged it under a different name. Obviously I said it was fraud and had to cancel my card but really? Using suicide prevention to scam people. That's so low! Buyer be aware.SCAM SCAM SCAM ACTUAL SCUM.
UPDATE..... somehow they attempted to charge my new cc. How they got the number is now being investigated by my bank. But be very aware and check your charges.

Placed order for a reduced Suicide Prevention Hoodie which I saw advertised ON FACEBOOK, then the Company (Nighted) text my phone to say the below:

PLEASE NOTE THE BOTTOM TRANSACTION IS LEGITIMATE (FOOD). They used a legitimate payment to make their text look real.

it's been declined and to reply yes or no. They phoned me using a robot automated voice and IMITATED my bank. I did not give any details. Then I phoned my Bank on the official phone number, spoke to a legitimate member of Staff who told me they charged for the Product AND FOUR MORE PAYMENTS of £15, which I did not make. I have sinced recieved RBS App notifications that they have tried to charge me £19 FOUR TIMES, all of these were declined by my bank (except for money that I paid for the hoodie). The small print on the website basically says you pay a subscription fee, I didn't see this until after I had paid.
The transaction came up on my RBS App as "TrendyTroopClothin".

ACT FAST. I have now cancelled my bank card, I think I've been lucky considering no other random companies have been able to take payments. If you don't block your bank card and order a new one they will continue to take payments and other companies will too.

I have just re-checked and I have RBS App notification saying I have paid £26. All a headache to deal with. I have to wait for the payment to move from PENDING in order to dispute and get a refund.
ALWAYS CALL YOUR BANK TO CHECK IF TEXTS / CALLS ARE LEGITIMATE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was supporting suicide prevention for my niece. Was charged 39.99 2 weeks later again, couldn't reach customer service, went and read fine print and it stated you will get charged membership fee every 10 days until you cancel. There is no way to cancel at all biggest SCAM EVER. I canceled my card out, got a new one. Wasn't able to get the 39.99 back, but I'll take that lost, please don't EVER use these scammers! Be aware stay away, Stay away! I wish I checked this out before.

This company is a fraud. They will use your bank details for affiliated companies and charge different amounts per week..DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING YOU WILL BE SCAMMED..

SCAM! They don't even deserve 1 star. Like others, I added the second hoodie for USD$4.95 during the pop up on checkout. No indication at all that there would be an additional postage charge applied (even though both were delivered in the same parcel).
Order arrived a few weeks later, despite claims of overnight shipping (which I ignored as I assumed it was only for the US). Both garments extremely poorly made - uneven seams, front pocket lopsided, print misaligned - faults too visible for the itemm to be considered wearable.
I immediately lodged a ticket for a full refund and received an automated acknowledgement email, but no further response and certainly no refund. Now 2 weeks later and have had another charge from my account of USD$39.95!!!
Attempts to phone the number contained within the bank debit information have been unsuccessful. The charges in my bank account have appeared from:

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a total scam. Kept charging my card. They do not respond to emails and their AI bot doesn't help at all. Had to cancel my card to get my money back and stop the charges. Let's see if they manage to still charge me after this.

Recurring charges nor no reason, an additional $62 today a week after the last, charged twice for a single transaction costing more than triple what the order originally was plus additional fees charged in further separate transactions. I've had to block my card to try to prevent any further transactions and I NEVER received the jumper I originally ordered even though it's said out for delivery for days

Do not purchase from this site. They continue to charge your credit card months after your first purchase. I attempted to contact them about the double charge and they do not respond. I am now in the process of cancelling my card!

Just bad business practices. Not worth shopping here.

My partner purchased the “you are enough” hoodie for men’s mental health month. A few days later, he’s had multiple payments being taken from his account under the reference retailshair.com. We looked up the website and it all linked back to Nighted. Do not use this website - keep your card details safe!!

Aside from the terrible quality of the products, and the double shipping charges applied to orders of multiple items, they have a very scammy recurring subscription in the fine print that is very difficult to opt out of.
Monthly charges of $39.95 for a "vip" membership hidden in the TOS. Very sneaky, and greasy. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

All the reviews are right, totally miss leading, they offer an upsell of £5 extra hoodie which would be a bargain but charge you an extra £13 postage then stick it in the same bag anyway!!!

Oh and the hoodies are terrible quality, avoid avoid avoid.

Echoing literally the very first review I saw on here: double charged for one purchase, never responded to my multiple service requests about it. Do not purchase from them.

Update 7/26 - was charged AGAIN for approx. $40 out of nowhere. Officially ordered a new credit card.

Big rip off they give u a great deal then try to sell you an upsell 4.95 then charges you shipping saying its 2 separate orders but my merchandise arrived all at the same time .......then 2 weeks later charges me 34.95 u.s they are fkn crooks BEWARE .....oh they are the hoodies with you are enough in the front then with "to the person behind me "saying on the back .....

I ordered 1 hoodie. Total,including delivery was $31 and some cents. I just checked my bank and they have debited over $50!! Why? How can I cancel, and get my money back? I wish I had read reviews first also! This is a rip-off!! It's now 19th July. No hoodie delivery.. ...no surprise!

Annoyed that I didn't read these reviews 1st but I was sucked into supporting the 'mental health' cause and followed an add on Instagram like many others. Thought I was getting a great offer by choosing to buy a 2nd jumper for just 5 dollars , until I woke up this morning to see that I had been charged almost £30 for two shipping costs! A 2nd shipping cost was nit mentioned and they make you believe that your placing one order. Have now read their website they specify you cannot cancel either.
I've messaged them but don't expect a response and now I've seen what's happend to everyone else, ice been onto my bank, cancelled the payments, blocked the company (which appears as muscle haven .Co.com) and had to order a new cars!
Lost almost 2 hours sorting it!

Bad news! I got a fraud alert from my bank, they had tried to charge me twice triggering the alert. Had to cancel my card, big hassle for me, and sent them all kinds of emails. Even the BBB has this company flagged as well as Reddit. I plan on writing a comment everytime I see the ad come up. I have a big hassle so, will they. Cannot believe these people! Too bad you can’t leave less than one, heard merchandise never arrives, every ad is a different price and different company. Watch the red flags BEWARE!

DON’T ORDER IF YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY!!!!!This company is shameful !!! I’ve been waiting for my order to be shipped for 2week and it’s North American!!!! BEWARE! They charge more than is quoted on the site on Facebook and then also hit your account a week later with extra when you complain! My account was charged $54 a week after purchasing a hoodie!! Now I've had to cancel my card because they won't respond to my emails! I'm hoping my bank can recover my money they stole!! Do NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!

The sweatshirts are cheap quality, and the 'terms of service' magically signs you up for a recurring payment twice a month.
Buy your cheap sweatshirt for a fraction of the cost elsewhere.
