Have been charged multiple times - it shows it's on recurring payments. Ordered 2 sweatshirts along with the free gift. Was charged 4 times in one day.

Your company keeps charging my credit card each month for 39.95, and I’m Continually having to dispute the charge. Themarabellas.com That is the charge that was for the additional hoodie for 4.95 that ended up being more than that since you guys said I was being charged for shipping etc and that you guy don’t do refunds etc etc and I ready online that I am not the only consumer you guys are doing that to.

Should have researched a bit more ahead of time.
Thought it was odd to see their ad and every time it was "sale ends at midnight" for several months...

Notice a club fee.... Did not sign up for any club.
Read the fine print. $30 a day recurring subscription every 10 days... these guys are criminals and should be thrown in jail.

the "cancel form" they mention in their EULA does not exist, sent a ticket. Don't have any hope though that they won't overcharge me falsely, so immediately canceled the card and ordered a new one with a new account number.

They also charged shipping again for the second item, if it's being offered as an add-on, it should be shipped with the first.

Super super shady, do NOT DO BUISNESS HERE.

One hoodie has ended up costing me $200
10 days after the purchase, which came out at $77, another $66 was taken that I didn't notice, today another $70 is gone. From the other reviews it seems that money is gone forever. Have cancelled my card and lodged a dispute with my bank.
The transactions came out under "retailshair"

I ordered one item from them, a sweatshirt, for $14.99. After I hit "pay now" it added additional fees to my total without my authorization! I've never seen such an unethical way to conduct business. I emailed the company and they said they would refund the "service fees" as a one-time courtesy, what a joke. Two months later, no refund. But I do have a recurring monthly charge of $39.95 showing up on my credit card! Are you kidding me? I'm disputing all charges. Incredibly unethical company, they should be shut down.

Recently bought 2 hoodies ,one of which was supposedly a bonus for $ 4.95 at checkout, paid in US $ + non uk currency fee payable at my bank- ok. But now I see additional charges to my a/c 10 days later! Spoken to my bank here in UK & they confirmed their small print means you've signed up for a subscription!!!!

won't do it! They can access new cc & continue random fees for no reason & no goods! I've now got the hassle dealing with a huge high st bank in UK who are pushing me from pillar to post cos no one wants to sort! I have to fill in an OLAF form to cancel the subscription - so
l assume bank’s own security doesn't work & they let any old company take funds without checking via a text or in app verification.
P poor!!! Shame on Nighted.com but more so, Instagram for allowing this to go on when it is known in the public domain!

I placed an order and try to cancel one of them right away and they did not respond. It took them a 2 weeks to respond only after I've received my order. they are a bad company if it's even real I'm not sure. run Don't buy from them

Scam site that charges you for additional recurring payments stating membership fees when you dont sign up for it, reported to better business bureau and I am waiting for my bank to see if we can get a refund,will have to cancel my card to stop the payment. garbage human being hiding behind a good quote preying on people .

Beware! I ordered a sweatshirt and then a week later had an additional larger debit on my account. In the small print when you order it set you up for some subscription! What your bank account!

Scam. Embarrassed that I fell for their ad on Instagram. They added charges and charged me for an additional order. They never answered my request(s) for support. Now I have to spend time to go through the process to dispute with my credit card. Just NO! I should always check TrustPilot before ordering.

I had to cancel cancel my card because they kept dinging it with 14, 23, and 31 dollar amounts. I complained about them to Instagram and they don't care. Ripoff company, BUYER BEWARE

This company has ripped me off and I have not received my Sweatshirt and then they made another charge on my account without my authorization..

Ordered, surprised with an additional shipping fee of around $20 when I had 2 things on my order. Immediately reached out and they promise on their site that they will get back to you within 48hrs. I have submitted multiple tickets and received no response whatsoever. In the initial I also told them to remove me from any automatic charges/memberships and received an automatic charge anyways. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM unless you want to be constantly charged unexpectedly.

Would give it a negative star rating if possible. Horrible customer service. My hoodie shows as being delivered but I have not received it. I have been waiting for over ten days for resolution that’s after I was charged twice. According to them the second charge for money is to join the member club. In fine print when you accept the terms. Can’t even get my money back. Nothing but a run around
