Excellent quality item! The air brush is so easy to use and well worth the cost. I have thick curly hair and my hair was dried and bouncy really quickly.

Badly damaged delivery
Parcel arrived today and despite being marked fragile is badly damaged. I ordered the item as a birthday present for my granddaughter on the 24th of this month and just hope I can get this problem resolved in time.

Really is excellent for fine hair
Really is excellent for fine hair. It feels like there is hardly any heat coming from the dryer, which is great. Has lots of power, so dries hair quickly. Have had a Shark IQ and this is better and cheaper.

Hairdryer exploded
I just went to blow dry my hair using my Nicky Clarke super shine hairdryer and when I turned it on its was on for around five seconds and I started to smell fire didn’t think any thing of it as I work in a salon and I am used to that smell all of a sudden there was a big bang around two seconds after smelling the smoke the hair dryer exploded on my hands and shards of plastic went everywhere the cover for the fan shot of and hit my wall one of the shards of plastic hit me I could only imagine what would of happened if I used it in the salon as I have only had this hair dryer for coming up three years at Christmas time I am just shocked by this

Lack of communication after the order was confirmed.
Finally received the brush after down loading pictures of my order. Don’t know why this had to be done. I can only assume they lost the order.

Thought the product was almost exactly what I wanted. My old hair dryer was a Carmen travel, I had ,had it for over 15 years, bought another one exactly the same but it literally blew up after using it twice, so decided to buy another brand and one I recognised. Being a senior citizen with severe arthritis am unable to handle a normal hair dryer it has to be light. This one fits the bill, I just wish the nozzle was wider like the carmen, I can only dry smaller areas and more precise drying. But it works and I am happy. Thank you.

We do sell an alternative air styler (Frizz Control Hot Air Styler - NHA046) which contains multiple attachments including a smaller brush head for curls/shorter hair. We offer a 30 day returns policy, so if you would like to return this for a refund, we can arrange this and perhaps replace it with the Frizz control product?
