Excellent service I would highly recommend.

Exchanged and completed the house sale in a very short timescale. Highly recommended.

I have been using Nicholls Solicitors for almost 40 years. I first used them due to their efficient, customer centric, friendly approach. It was for the purchase of my first property so a completely new landscape for me. I have used them 6 times since, latterly over the last 6 months.. Their efficiency has improved but most importantly for me is that their friendly approach hasnt wavered. A first class firm with first class people..

Extremely Professional and effective communication, I would recommend for all elements of legal matters.

very helpful and professional service

Pat and the team have heaps of experience in a wide variety of fields. Their personalized approach sets them apart from other solicitors. I would highly recommend to anyone who has a matter that they wish to be taken seriously.

I used the conveyancing services from Nicholls Solicitors during the sale of my property. I found their service both efficient and professional as well as being competitively priced.
I would certainly consider using their services again in future. Many thanks

Pat's team helped us with the sale of a flat and purchase of a house - very effective and thorough, really clear communication throughout. Would recommend!

We chose Nicholls solicitors to handle the selling and buying of a house for us. They were really good - quick and efficient. They were quick to respond to our questions and moved things forward speedily. The whole process was handled in and very thorough and clear way. They were excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

Brilliant solicitors. Very friendly and approachable yet professional. They have acted on my behalf for over 20 years. Beth has recently dealt with the sale of my property and kept me informed at every stage. I couldn't speak more highly of the company......Thank-you Pat and team

Absolutely fantastic professional service from Pat, Beth and the team.

Nicholls represented us recently in our house sale and purchase. From start to finish, Beth, Pat and Sarah were very supportive and proactive, making sure the process ran as smoothly as possible. Buying and selling a house is a stressful time but they reassured us at every stage and kept us well informed with next steps and what to expect. We would recommend Nicholls to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property-thank you all for your help.

Beth and Pat recently did my conveyancing when i was buying a house. Great service, always quick to answer emails and queries.

I utilised Nicholls for conveyancing in connection with both the recent purchase and sale of properties. Without exception and at all times , Beth and Pat, who handled affairs, were professional, personable, practical and models of efficiency. Queries and concerns were dealt with immediately and worries allayed. I felt as though my needs and interests were in the very best of hands and I would strongly recommend Nicholls without reservation should you require the services of a solicitor.

I can't praise Nicholls Solicitors enough with regards the conveyancing of my relative. I dealt with Beth predominantly who was outstanding. Her communication, professionalism and knowledge were second to none.
I can't recommend her and the firm enough.
If you need a Solicitor for conveyancing, why go anywhere else!!

I've had a few solicitors and I've always thought it really important that they are honest throughout.

It was great that any questions I had were answered and you also took your time to chase up on the case and make sure everything was in order. I would use again no problem.

Big thank you to Sarah and the team at Nicholls, once again they have provided a fantastic service that intern provided the result we had hoped for.
Thank you.

Professional advice from the start but more importantly it was backed up by Lucie in the court room who was fantastic in her approach on our behalf. Cant recommend this company highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again, although naturally hope we don't need to!
