I was contacted by Michelle regarding a role that would be my first position out of university, and all I can say is that it has made the process and stress of finding my first job as a grad so easy! Michelle has been so supportive during the whole journey and I can only thank Niche and Michelle for the consistent advice and phone calls checking in as it’s helped my decision making and also finding the best role for me. Can’t thank you enough.

Tracy and Nick both were super friendly and helpful when helping me find a new job. A service i’m grateful for and will never forget

Tracy contacted me regarding a job application I made. I wasn't successful in the next stage of the hiring process, but she found another role for me that she thought would fit my experiences, etc. She prepared me for the interviews and got a job offer. The whole process took two weeks. Tracy was super helpful and quick to respond, and overall just an amazing person to talk to.

Recently applied for a role via Niche after finishing university. Nick is very professional, friendly, encouraging and helpful. Glad to say I got the job and I don’t think it would’ve been possible without Niche Recruitment!

I can highly recommend Niche Recruitment!

Niche Recruitment was so supportive and amazing through my application process. It did not feel like most of the corporate recruitment who push jobs on you that you do not want. Nick was attentive and found a really exciting role for me. He coached me through the whole process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I worked with Michelle and Niche after she got in contact with me via my CV and i'm so pleased she did. Niche is a hardworking, professional and friendly company. They kept me well informed all through the process and also provided support and encouragement during the interviews. A little good luck gift arrived in the post too once I'd secured my new role which was very kind. I would not hesitate to use Niche again in the future.

Great company, found me a job that was incredibly well suited in an industry that I would never have heard of otherwise. Would certainly recommend!

I worked with Niche as a supplier and I can say they were extremely professional, diligent, conscientious and a pleasure to work with. If I ever find myself in the position of looking for a new role they will be my first point of contact.

Really approachable team who listened to me and gave great advice on next steps and found me a role in a company that I am really enjoying! Thanks

As a university student struggling to secure a role, I contacted Niche. Michelle was so supportive and encouraging throughout my application process and pointed me in the right direction. Michelle would call me for a catch up after my interviews and really gave me the confidence that I needed. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Nick who was equally supportive.

Michelle took time to get to know me and the type of position that would suit my skills set and personality, at the time I was really unsure of what route to take. Michelle secured me a temp role which opened up doors and helped me to gain much needed industry experience.

I am so thankful to Niche recruitment as I would not be in my current role with excellent career progression opportunities without them.

Michelle at Niche is one of the most genuinely lovely professionals I have come across. She found the perfect role for me and the whole process felt seamless. A refreshing change from many other recruitment companies.

I have been so impressed with Niche Recruitment from my very first interaction with them. Nick got in touch having seen my CV online and was so responsive and kind throughout the entire process of securing me a new role. He listened and explained everything in great detail. Nick and Michelle have an incredibly friendly, personal approach and really are unlike any recruitment company I have worked with in the past. Thank you so much for taking the time to really understand what I wanted from my next role and to deliver on that also! I would 100% recommend Niche to anyone looking for their next role, or to any company looking to partner with a recruitment company with a difference.
