Scam company. Will only publish positive and almost certainly fake reviews. Shame on them.

This company is a total scam. They advertise businesses with fake review ratings then when you contact them they try to get you to register with them. They should be reported and stopped.

Deliberately marked my Google rating as below my 5 stars but won't delete it, really annoying 😒

I tried to contact Nicelocal.co.uk to remove a review and tried to contact them, ring them , message on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc and received no reply’s . Us this company real , open ? If so reply to me

I had found a watch repair shop I wanted, to repair my watch. I went on their site but "Nicelocal" appeared. I tried again and a chat box appeared asking me what I was looking for. I replied I wanted the watch repair shop and I seemed to have ended up on an expert electronic site. I was told a technician would answer me. Again I got " can I help" so I replied "Not unless you are a watch repairer" They then put a credit card page up, said they would direct me to the right page and asked for £1. I smelt a rat and cancelled. The watch shop is closed over the weekend so I wonder if this is a scam site ?

I wrote a negative review about a dubious company called Will Writing & Probate service.
It is so bad I wrote a book about them called "Woman Without Any Pride S"
It took me a long time to get an acceptable review because they did not want to upset the customer who pays to be with them.
i was also able to see positive remarks allegedly by the company similar to the ones I see here in response to positive reviews.
WW&PS had one good employee Hamzil and if you ended with someone else you got second best or You could have had someone worse but ww&ps employed no one else.
So Nicelocal I do not trust their reviews especially as I am unable to fact check this company reviews on their site.

Companies disclosed in their website do not show the reviews despite some companies are rating below 5 stars, for example Dawson Cornwell Solicitors they have 4.2 out of 5 rating and they do not show even one of the 36 reviews that has been made to this company.

I have contacted them many times to correct the errors with no response.

I contacted their customer service team and asked them about this, and their specialists gave me a detailed response. Apparently Nicelocal hadn't broken any laws at all, so I decided to take advantage of what it has to offer. After working with the service for six months, I saw some positive results, so I signed up for a year of the Gold plan. I'm expecting their team to continue taking just as professional and responsible an approach to promoting my business in the future.

The service always works fantastically well. I use Nicelocal all the time, whenever I need to find an interesting restaurant or any other kind of business. And it hasn't let me down yet. The reviews on Nicelocal always match my own opinions, so I know I can trust them.

Nicelocal is one of the few services that doesn't delete complaints as soon as the company tells them to. If there's something I don't like about a company, I leave a negative review. And it stays there, so I'm absolutely certain the reviews other users leave are legit. I've relied on them plenty of times when I was looking for something, and my opinion was always the same as what most other users thought.

I really appreciate services that are simple, easy to use, and feature-rich. That's why I use Nicelocal so often - it allows me to do several things at once. For example, let's say I need to find a dentist. I just search on Nicelocal and filter the results for offices with a rating of 4+. I found a great dentist's office with reasonable prices and a good location. I look for other companies the same way, and the quality of their service always matches the reviews on Nicelocal.

Copied my business page that I had put up on google and google maps for a new business i started in 2020. Found nicelocal after I was searching for my own business page as it was flagged for suspicious activity and was taken down and suspended for 10 days and still going! I received 2 emails asking if I wanted to update my business page etc. Urm. No.
They have old pictures I had put up before I updated my page recently, they have true reviews up to now, my business name is there, phone number, address which is where I live and some gibberish spiel, I would never have written... what else do they have??!
I've updated all security on both my personal and business gmail accounts, changed passwords, contacted google and reported the site... twice now and it's still there using my details without my permission and i can't get it gone. My work phone and email has been quiet since this... are they using my number to transfer to another line? wtaf. Someone please. how do i get these people done for this... i want them shut down and shut down now.

I recently opened a small beauty salon, and I decided to see how the competition stacked up. I found some reviews of us on Nicelocal. I went to our page, and the content was only so-so. Unlike other salons in our area, which clearly had not created their content themselves, but had paid for promotion. So I invested in the Premium package, in order to really compete and to get more customers. Within a month they had entered all our information and set up the promotion. Our card began to appear much higher in the directory's search results. A month after the launch we started getting clients from this platform. So we're seeing results.

The website is easy to use. It sorts businesses by city. You can quickly find exactly what you need, right near the search location. You can read customer reviews and view photos. I'm not a businessman, I'm a casual user, but I think business owners really need to take a closer look at Nicelocal. Especially at how their business's card looks there.

Nicelocal is one of my favorite services for finding businesses and reviews about them. Very user-friendly and simple interface, nothing you don't need. It is very convenient to search on a smartphone, not just a laptop. I advise everyone to use this particular site. Both in terms of the number of businesses and the reliability of reviews.

I use Nicelocal to find different companies and services. The interface is clear, you always have enough information to make a choice. If I like a place I write a review, if I don't I explain my negative rating. Often I get an answer from the company and issues get resolved. That's another reason I like the site: there is a direct link between the client and the companies.

My details have been stolen! Scam - stolen my identity. This add has nothing to do with me! I request my details be removed immediately.

As of today, threats of having my review taken off. My details seem to have been removed from this site.

Initially I was even surprised that the website alresdy had a page for us, and i didn't have to crreate one - I just had to correct some information. After that I started asking customers to leave reviews on Nicelocal. A good service for those who want to boost the ratings of their busibess. The site itself is fairly user-friendly for both customers and users.

This is a bizarre site - it has my business photos from Google, and lists by business as a beauty salon, which is isn't. The business description is very odd, and quite rude, so I absolutely do not want this site associated with my business.

In order to 'Get Access' as the business owner, they request files to be uploaded to support that you are indeed the business owner. I can only think that it's a way of gaining data.

My business' listing on the site has 2 one-star reviews (with no written reviews, just stars) which has no correllation with my Google review stars.

What's very frustrating is that the site shows up (complete with low star rating) on my Google Business profile!

I selected Thomas Betts & Co Limited to create an en-suite in the Victorian farmhouse my partner and I bought in 2020 from a local magazine, having seen a range of his advertisements. Little did I know how critical that choice was to be.

Nicholas Fuller who heads up the company is one in a million. He has a prodigious knowledge of historic properties and a deep understanding of how these can be brought back to life and made to function efficiently in the 21st century whilst totally retaining their authenticity. His attention to detail is superb and he will go out of his way to source the perfect item to ensure that it is in keeping with the period of the original building.

What makes Nick so unusual is that he is a man of his word – what he says he will do, he always does. He is only prepared to ‘do the job once and do it well’ which makes the finished product not only look stunning but ensures that behind the scenes everything has been properly done, is structurally sound and responsibly restored. He is not capable of being anything other than a true professional.

Furthermore, Nick is a man who likes people and whose philosophy of life leads him to want to be positive, supportive and kind. During the renovations of our property, which have lasted a year - through no fault of his own - Nick has proved to be a wonderful friend and support to me during the illness and subsequent death of my partner. He has been empathetic yet practical, advising me on a range of decisions yet encouraging me to make my own choices by giving me well-reasoned arguments and clear options. I could not have continued with this huge project without his support. His workmen respect and admire him, his prices have been fair and reflect the cost of a job well done.

The renovations are now complete, the house is sold, subject to contract and I have everything to thank Nick for. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
