Ik was bezig om in google wachtwoordmanager om na te gaan op welke sites ik een account had en of deze nog actief waren. Ik zag de site 'nicelocal' in de lijst staan. Toen ik erop klikte kwam ik op een Russische site (op de site staat dat ze in Moskou gevestigd zijn), die zoon.ru wordt genoemd. Ze lijken iets te doen met reviews voor bedrijven. Ik heb mij hier zeer beslist nooit voor ingeschreven. De persoonlijke gegevens die in het profiel staan kloppen ook niet, die zijn blijkbaar automatisch ingevuld. Het is niet mogelijk om mij uit te schrijven. Je kunt mailen naar de website, maar ik vraag me af of dat nut heeft.

Meine persönlichen Daten wurden ohne mein Einverständnis veröffentlicht. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung die Daten zu löschen passierte einfach nichts. Dabei wurde die E-Mail so wie das entsprechende Formular versucht. Impressum sucht man auch vergeblich. Und wenn man etwas stöbert findet man eine Adresse in Armenien und eine auf Zypern. Gehostet wird das ganze aber in Holland.

Perché dico così, ho voluto fare una recensione su un trasportatore-corriere RVNservice srl collaboratore di UNIEURO il 9agosto ho acquistato un televisore online è sono stati loro scelti da UNIEURO come trasportatore, il 12 agosto arrivata la merce da loro, il 21 agosto hanno,,consegnato" dopo 9 giorni mi lo portano, osservo che la scatola ha un buco abbastanza grande e visibile da un lato in centro(potrebbe che era schermo da quela parte) mi sono venuti dubbi e ho chiesto di firmare con riserva la ricevuta,il personale(corriere)non hanno voluto,
hanno contattato loro capo chiedendo istruzioni, loro capo li hanno detto di dirmi che le regole non li fanno clienti e di prendere la merce è portarlo indietro, cosa sarà vedrò quando risponde l'amministrazione di UNIEURO,non sapevo che è un reato a chedere di firmare con riserva. Adesso si qualcuno può dirmi cosa c'entra NICELOCAL,perché devo dare i miei dati a questa azienda?RVNservice non è capace a gestirsi da sola?
E questo non è tutto ce tanto da scrivere quasi 15 email-uri dal 14 agosto al 21 agosto perché la merce doveva arrivare il 14 però una brava persona(penso lo stesso capo che ha detto di riportare indietro la merce)ha cambiato data di consegna.
Sinceramente non ne ho nulla con nessuna di questi due aziende però credo è considerò che sono calpestati i miei diritti. 22 agosto 2024

I agree - all I put was that I wouldn't reccomend - they deleted it as the owner of the company, which I had a veryVERY BAD experience with, contacted them n said it was a fake review so they deleted it LOL. How do you warn people of bad companies my experience was July 2019 with a dodgy roofer - you can't put a review without a date so I've selected the oldest 1

I wrote my bad experience with a contractor and gave them 1 star with detail of our experience on nicelocal. I didn't use any abusive language and everything is fact that we experienced but their moderator rejected to publish my review. I'm in the process of questioning them the reason of the rejection. But when I googled nicelocal,.I saw they actually have 1 star reviews themselves. So that explains why.

Extrem unseriös! Es werden einfach Profile, ohne Genehmigung, erstellt und Löschanträge werden ignoriert. Das sowas in Deutschland überhaupt im Netz bleiben darf, ist absolut unverständlich !

sehr unseriös, ich kenne die Seite nicht. Ohne Erlaubnis und meine Registrierung wurden meine Daten mit falsche Angaben veröffentlich. Ich finde keine Kontaktdaten und keine Telefonnummer.
Bitte entfernen Sie alle meine Daten umgehend von Ihre Seite!!!

Ohne meines Wissens und ohne meine Erlaubnis wurden meinen Daten fälschlich missbraucht. Bisher wurde keine Mail mit der Bitte um Löschung des Eintrages beantwortet, oder der Eintrag gelöscht.

I'm the owner and Designated Broker of Westlake Mortgage in Seattle. When my name and or company name is typed into any search engine except Google, ninelocal is the very first, front and center result for my business. Photo below. The only site where anyone can review my company or me personally is Google business page. That page has 41 total reviews all of which are 5 stars, earned over a 4 year period. The reviews are all very complimentary and go into great details. A screenshot of my company's and my Google business page. That's an incredible difference, especially in the context that each site is drawing from precisely the same reviews. One photo correctly portrays the reputation and trustworthyness of the business while the other photo negligently and egregiously defames the business by choosing to portraying a business as having a very poor reputation in the community and being untrustworthy. The worst part is they use this tactic to essentially extort you into paying the monthly subscription fee in order for them to "correct" any false reviews. They need to correct the way in which they collect and use data because a single one person can vote on each review as MANY times as they want to either improve or worsen your "overall" rating, which is proprietary to ninelocal. I have a real life stalker with a restraining order and he's so desperate to try and 'cancel' my business/me. An arbitrator will likely determine what the monetary value of is of ninelocals negligence allowing it and requiring a paid subscription to even inquire.

Frechheit. Es wird einfach ein Eintrag generiert, der dann auch noch falsch ist. Bsp. Thai Massage ,keine Erotischen Handlungen, und schreiben es würden erotische Handlungen angeboten. Jetzt rufen andauernd irgendwelche Typen an. Mehr brauch ich ja wohl nicht zu sagen.
So etwas ist geschäftsschädigend.

Per chiedere la cancellazione (o almeno rimuovere il mio numero di telefono) pretendono che mi registri (così da ottenere ulteriori dati che NON intendo fornirgli).
Credo che mi toccherà contattare la polizia postale per denunciarli.
