The sizing guide is made for midgets and refund hassles
The sizing guide is made for midget wrists - not even close - so if you have wrists on the larger side don't even bother. I also had a MAJOR, long hassle getting a refund. This is a typical instance of how the merch looks great on their website, but what is actually delivered is far from it - especially for their steep prices for what is essentially cheap costume jewelry. The hassle getting a refund is inexcusable. After MANY emails I finally got a refund. Beware of their sneaky policy of hiding their refund policy on sale items - which is visible ONLY if you click an almost hidden extra drop down page... just plain devious. Soooo many better options out there so Caveat Emptor - buyer beware.

I would like to clarify a few points for anyone reading your review.
You describe our sizing as being for “midget wrists.” Our jewelry welcomes wrists of all sizes—no height requirement and no discrimination. Our bracelets come in sizes from Small to XXL, with size guides in both inches and centimeters. Our customers include NFL players with extra-large wrists, and we are always happy to help customers find the appropriate fit.
I would also like to clarify the timeline: you placed your order on July 17, received your jewelry only four days later, and received a FULL refund eight days after that. We processed your refund promptly after receiving the jewelry back. If our emails helping you with the return were frustrating, I’m sorry You felt that way. Normally, this is something that goes very smoothly.
Regarding the materials, we use Sterling Silver, Gemstones, Fresh Water Pearls, leather and Stainless Steel of the the highest quality. We proudly advertise our use of high-quality stainless steel, similar to the stainless steel Rolex uses for its steel watches. It is strong, attractive and durable, and we certainly aren’t trying to disguise what you’re buying. It’s literally all over our website and is known to be a very strong material for our high-quality handmade jewelry. Again, it comes down to reading the text and descriptions, which leads me to your comments about the visibility of our sale-item return policy.
Customers should be able to understand the terms before purchasing. When you buy something at 50% off, it’s very normal for it to be final sale, as clearly advertised on our website and at checkout...
You have already received a full refund promptly after we received your return, but if there is anything else I can personally help resolve, I’m here for you.

Beautiful jewelry and exceptional customer service
I've had a wonderful experience with Nialaya, both in terms of their jewelry and their customer service.
After owning my ring for about a year, I noticed that one of the stones had fallen out. I contacted the team, and they promptly arranged a warranty replacement at no additional cost.
Unfortunately, I later encountered an unexpected additional charge related to the replacement shipment. I contacted Nialaya, and the team handled the situation professionally and reimbursed the full amount.
Throughout the entire process, the communication was friendly, professional, and efficient. Emma was especially helpful, and I really appreciated how promptly and thoughtfully she handled everything.
The ring is beautiful, and the way Nialaya supported me when an issue arose has strengthened my trust in the brand. It's reassuring to know that they stand behind their products and genuinely care about their customers.
I would happily recommend Nialaya and look forward to shopping with them again!

I purchased a bracelet from this shop. While the delivery was quick and easy, the product itself was extremely disappointing. Once I opened the package, I found the quality to be far below my expectations, and the bracelet was much smaller than I expected based on the advertisement.
I paid $316 for the bracelet + $50 postage = $366 total. The advertisement did not clearly mention the cost of returning the item. I decided to return it anyway, and the return postage cost me an additional $147.
So I ended up spending $513 in total on an experience that left me extremely disappointed.
My strong advice to buyers: please do your research, carefully check the product measurements and quality, and make sure you fully understand the return policy and who pays the return postage before placing an order.
I personally would not purchase from this shop again based on my experience. Buyers should be aware of the potential costs and risks before spending their money.

Your actual international shipping cost was only:
AUD $23.05 = US $16.42 — NOT $147.
I think that is very cheap considering that you live in a small town in Western Australia, on the other side of the world from Los Angeles.
So where did the rest of your bill come from?
Actual international shipping: AUD $23.05 / US $16.42
But you added the following:
# Extra padded envelope
# Extra insurance
# Extra signature service
# Handling/customs fees
# And, incredibly, AUD $89.25 in import duties/taxes
None of these additional charges were charged by Nialaya, and we did not ask you to purchase these additional services. YOU decided to pay for these. NONE of them are neccesary.
It appears the post office charged you an extraordinary amount of additional and potentially unnecessary fees. That is something you should take up with them, not publicly blame Nialaya for.
You should also ask Australia Post why you were charged AUD $89.25 in import duties/taxes and whether that charge was actually applicable to this return shipment. There are NO custom fees for this package as it was under $800 being shipepd between Austlia and USA. So something went wrong for you. For that we are sorry. But this has nothing to do with Nialaya.
Your own receipt proves that shipping the bracelet back actually cost AUD $23.05 / approximately US $16.42 — NOT $147.
Please don’t blame Nialaya. We have done nothing wrong here AND we refunded you in full as well.

To exchange it, I had to send it back and pay for an additional item and shipping costs.
They credited me when they received the item.
Because it was their error, they should’ve immediately sent a new item with no additional charge.
Or they should’ve sent me a pre-paid return label and not charged me for the extra item.
The correct item took a long time for delivery.
Really bad experience and policies.
Edit: This company is top class. They acknowledged their lapse in customer service and made corrections. The owner himself messaged me and personally remedied the situation and I’m a very satisfied customer. I definitely plan on future purchases based on the quality of the products and their strong emphasis on customer service,

Great customer servicev& products
Ordered a bracelet and choker necklace for my wife's 55th birthday next week, through UK website Wolf & Badger. Messaged W&B at length in advance as very tight timeframe to receive the items before going away for her birthday holiday, so W&B contacted Nialaya to ensure a rapid despatch.
The good news: the package arrived via UPS today, in time.
The bad news: the necklace/choker was missing from the package, despite the enclosed paperwork showing both items on my order.
Update: More good news - as you can see from Nialaya's repsonse to my review, the owner reached out to me immediately via email and is sending me a replacement, completely free of charge.
Sometimes things go wrong. How companies react when things go wrong is as important, and Nialaya have been exemplary on this to ensure I am a happy customer. Hence despite the initial disppointment, they still deserve a 5 star review. The bracelet looked great, and I'm sure my wife will be delighted with the set in the end. Thank you Jannick for sorting this out.
UPDATE: 22/09/2026 - upon return from our holiday the necklace was delivered safely whilst we were away and my wife is extremely pleased. It's a stunning piece and we will surely buy more Nialaya products. Highly recommend this brand. Thanks again.
