I have yet to have an "actual" problem with any of my orders. I've been getting my vapes from Nexus for several months now, and in that time I've had two orders that I had to change, but instead of me needing to reach out, they actually reached out to me and it was almost immediately after I submitted the order. I am unbelievably impressed with the customer service team

After receiving 4 defective units I reached out via text, no phone number to be found, and explained
The situation. First they wanted the box which after trying three of the units unsuccessfully the boxes had been discarded. Then I was told I had only five day from the receipt of the unit to receive any king of refund. Well I bought 10 units and was wondering how I would have tried them all in 5 days. Then we pursued it, via text and they wanted a picture of me using the defective unit. How do you take a picture of a defective unit. But I did. Then they requested a video which was a pain in the rear end as you have to load it to a third party app. But I did it. In the course of this process i read one of the boxes I had left and realized all the boxes were dated 2022. That means the vapes being sold to me were outdated by at least two years.
When I brought this to the companies attention I immediately got a response that they would give me most of my money back, about 70%.
On 9/19/25 I could not find my type of vape and in desperation I thought I would give Nexus Smoke one more shot. I went to their website. Opened my account, ordered my vape, gave payment and sent the order. I never received a conformation email. After three days I called my credit card and was told that had acknowledge the purchase and the charge was pending on my credit card. I attempted four emails with the company and never got a reply. Today I called my credit card company to see if they had made any progress with Nexus smoke and they stated they got my refund back and cleared my card. So basically the company was just going to let the purchase lay dormant until my credit card company got involved. I never received an email of the purchase, status or cancellation of my order. So here is the facts. Extremely poor customer service and communication. Defective and obsolete products. Really no return policy because of the foolish process they have. And they play game with your credit card. Buyer Beware. I know it sound unreal but you can read my story in detail in the comment left on there website. They are the very reason why I don’t like shopping via the internet. Never again.

I had a minor problem with the exact format of how to apply my reward points to an order. The points were deducted from my account yet the discount was never applied. I sent a Letting the company know the situation and they rectified it quickly and put the points back into my account. This is a definite sign of a quality company. When customer service quickly respond to a customer’s needs or concerns that represents a company that I will be dealing with long into the future.

This company is fast, reputable, extremely accessible and responsive, and had the exact products I wanted! Plus great prices! Thank you!!!!!

Nexus smoke has made my very hectic life so much easier. Order are beyond quick. Like I’ve literally been amazed. They never take as long as they say it will Coming up to 2 days early. Also when I have had an issue I always have a response by the next time I check it and it’s always resolved. Yes they may be out of stock sometime and it sucks but there always stocked back up fast. I’ve been using them a year now and everytime I go with another site or vape I always regret not just going to nexus

I have ordered from this company for the past year. Never had a problem. This past order they did their job as normal and UPS lost my package. When I contacted Nexus they answered right away and was ready to help. The package was found and I have received my delivery. Excellent customer service and great company to deal with.

Received vape that was dead and unusable. Because I ordered six of them by the time I opened the defective vape it was after five days. They will not make exchanges nor give refunds after five days. I just wasted my money.

After coming across Nexus Smoke while looking for a flavor that was no longer local, decided to try and was pleasantly surprised. Not only is there a wide selection of hard to find flavors, they provide frequent updates on orders and shipping. Coming from New York to Phoenix is going to take a few days, however, it's only a few days. Amazing customer service, wonderful ordering and selection, not much else you could want from a great online store. If anything, they did change their review process so it's more challenging to find relevant reviews for a particular flavor. After that first purchase, have purchased several times with no issues and always a great experience.
