GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Let’s start with that, also best prices and fast delivery, I would give them 10 stars if I could, I recommend this company to anybody looking for QUALITY vape products

They are beyond the best sore I’ve gotten vapes from! Super cheap and affordable and they respond if you need any help or anything what so ever!!! I will never buy from a store again!!!

Very helpful and nice when I had to change my order before processing. Very good at communication and fast shipping.

They lie about their shipping times - both on their website and on their receipts. They will ship it via the slowest and cheapest possible method and it will take over two weeks to arrive, no matter where you are. When I spoke to them about this, they lied and said there were shipping delays out of their control. There is no shipping delay. UPS is not delayed. The problem is their lies.

Very pleased not only with the products but also the customer service is top notch. I accidentally ordered 2 of the wrong flavors so I emailed nexus support and they got right back to me, and fixed my screw up :) will forever be grateful

I had ordered one type of vape that I later was told was out of stock. They reached out to me to ask if I wanted a refund or replacement. I was leaning towards the refund until they took it a step further and suggested an alternative for me. They also provided an extra vape at no additional cost for the inconvenience. Shipping was fast and this will be my new way to buy them online.

Great prices and comes pretty fast! Also very responsive to email with questions and you can earn rewards! Plus they always offer 7% off!! Highly recommended!

Just had a little hiccup with the tracking of my order. I emailed them and it was on it's way, as it should have been. The tracking site was just a bit late on the update. Other than that everything was good. I'd recommend using them again. I will be.

Nexus Smoke is great! They have a great selection of flavors and brands! I have ordered quite a few times and have been extremely happy with the products and the customer service! I will continue to use nexus smoke for all my vaping needs!

Great job guys!
Very fast shipping, Excellent product

This support team is awesome. Engaged and accommodating. Always reliable!!

They are thorough and timely. Don't take payment and then figure out any problems. They fix the problem and then get payment. What an online transaction should be.

They have a wide variety of vapes and other products at great prices. Their customer service, especially Jessica are the best I've ever dealt with. I get all my vapes from nexus only. Fast delivery and free, I always get their extra protection-Navia just in case and for piece of mind.

Nexus has the best prices, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. The only place I purchase nicotine pouches.

They are always prompt..they also have a large variety of products at really good prices and their customer service is awesome .they have some of the most flavored products

I have ordered 3 items from them and after few days they have refunded me the money just like that without any explanation,, I will never order anything from this website.

Customer service it TOP TIER!!! I accidentally ordered the wrong product and Jessica was able to correct my mistake in the blink of an eye! No hassles, no stress!!
