My order shipped the same day. Very fast. Happy with what I received.

I am so glad I purchased my wheel from them. They really do care of their customers, fast shipping and very responsive with questions.

While it was disappointing to find out that the website did not update to show one of the items on my order was not in stock, I was called within a matter of hours near the end of day on a Friday to get things corrected. The order arrived sooner than I expected, and without an excessive amount of packing.

Best EUC dealer around! Support and service A++.

Rob was super accommodating and helpful during my buying process, he helped me narrow down the wheel I want, provided great service all the way through, and was also offering the best deal for the wheel I wanted at the time!

I love this company. I always buy my eucs here and I can get an update from the company any time I need easily. The transparency, the low prices, and the great service. Ill never buy an euc somewhere else.

They got me the rocket to my door in short time, didn’t have to go to the port, if you live in Hawaii these are the guys to get you a wheel!

Just got my Aeon and I love it! Took a little bit longer to get here because of the ice storm, but I was informed every step of the way which was awesome. It’s always great working with a company that communicates with their customers!

👍 great service

Rob provides excellent customer service and is all about customer service and warranty.

I've purchased many Wheels and parts from NGM and I've never had a bad experience. Rob and NGM are the best!
Trust must be earned and over the years Rob's deep knowledge of EUCs has helped guide me towards the right Wheel; he's talked me off the ledge of bad decisions more than once.

Rob is always a delight to work with. Parts and wheels are shipped out fast and I never have any issues. Highly recommend your EUC purchase be made through Nextgenmobikity. I have ordered several wheels and parts and absolutely love the service, quality and shipping speed.

Professional service and warranty strength makes these guys the top.
I recommend these guys to anyone who wants the best.

Excellent service. Great EUC prices.

I’m very happy with my purchase! Rob does an amazing job at taking care of his customers. Next gen mobility has some of the best prices and fast shipping! I will continue to do business with them!

I missed a shipment for a warranty motor and they resent it to me no questions asked. I really appreciate the good service! Great communication!

Everything went smoothly, I had made an order mistake and they replied and help fix my error. Just outstanding support! Thank you

Glad I purchased from Next Gen Mobility. Great prices and customer service.

Everything arrived in perfect condition exactly as described. Owner was very good about communicating every step of the process as the wheel I ordered (Leaperkim Oryx) had to get a motor replacement. The owner (Rob) was amazing with communicating everything with me, giving me tracking, and just being on top of everything I was very impressed and I never waited more than 30 minutes for an email back so I really appreciated that. The customer service at Next Gen Mobility is honestly outstanding and I will definitely be buying from them again next time I need to upgrade my wheel or buy accessories.
