Next Gen Mobility Anmeldelser

Next Gen Mobility was fantastic. I reached out for information on the Lynx S and was treated like a friend. I had a brand new Lynx S at more door about a week later. The whole experience was fantastic.

Love these guys!! great communication

You made it easy.
Any time I had a question you answered it right a way.
Thank you for the good customer service and fast service.

It's one thing to mess up, but a whole nother thing to go above and beyond to make it right. There was a simple thing with my previous order and Rob jumped through hoops to make sure that not only was I made right, but that I was able to have a better experience over all. The level of support after the sale is staggering, the genuinely concerned vibes are overwhelming, and every transaction feels like a firm handshake from 1000s of miles away. Great prices, yes. But in the end, the level of commitment is second to none.

Not my first time buying from NGM and won’t be my last. Customer service from Rob is truly top tier. I had a particular situation where I needed multiple different parts delivered for repairs and he had all the parts in stock and shipped them same-day as I needed them. Cant recommend buying from NGM enough.

Good co.Good communication

These guys are the best. Rob is the best and nicest guy in the business. He is always available to help you out if you need anything. You should absolutely buy your wheels and accessories from him and Next Gen Mobility

You are doing great! Thanks.

Every promise kept.
I had a problem with my wheel and Next Gen Mobility went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of.
Business is about relationship, relationship is about trust.
I highly recommend Next Gen Mobility.

You feel genuinely cared for. Also best prices by far. He talks to you like a human being. All the best.

I have bought 2 EUCs from Next Gen (Extreme Bull Rocket & Nosfet Aeon) and both arrived in a reasonable time and were packaged nicely. I have had a few problems with the Rocket but the customer service has been exceptional. I bought the Aeon to have something to ride while getting problems resolved with the Rocket and Next Gen was sympathetic and discounted the Aeon for me. They have also been a huge help advocating for me w/ Extreme bull on warranty claims. I recommend Next Gen Mobility to anyone in the market for an EUC because they go above and beyond for their customers and are very prompt with replying and getying problems solved.

Team is very responsive to any questions and extremely fast with delivering an incredible product.
