Don’t expect next day delivery….
I placed my order on a Monday morning and received a typical order confirmation etc.
On the Tuesday another email arrived and confirmed delivery would be Thursday and I could track online with the courier company after 5pm on Wednesday.
Arrived ok on Thursday & very happy with my purchase, the price and the communications. But please don’t rely upon next day service as others have already mentioned. That is why removed a star. They either need to update their website an/or stop advertising next day delivery as it would appear to be their biggest problem based on other reviews

Received my camera lens next day, as specified, excellent communication, and great prices, what’s not to like!

Firstly NEXT DAY CAMERA will not be delivered NEXT DAY inc Saturdays!! My order of a Canon r5 at the cost of £2451 never arrived! Now it's in the hands of my credit card company. The phone number never gets answered at all 54 times I have rang. the seller emails you with excuses and nothing more. I ordered because of the next day delivery, I live 3 miles from the Repton address on there website and was told collection was not available even tho its UK STOCK!!

I doubt it will turn up and if it does the service is terrible, do yourself a big favour and use a reputable seller. AVOID THIS ONE

As like many other customers ,I was uncertain if I should purchase from Next day cameras. Having checked out the company I placed my order for a Cannon D7 & 2 lenses. They arrived well packaged & with a clear “ to be signed for” label visible.All items new & as described. They took 4 days to arrive, following an email to Phil, who replied by saying it was DPD that was holding up delivery. So after being somewhat cautious all is well. I would recommend NEXT DAY CAMERAS to my associates without hesitation.

Totally unreliable for next day delivery if ordered before 16:00. I ordered at 15:33.on Wednesday. Next day no news so emailed. Advised it would be Tuesday the following week. So 5 days. Did get an apology same day.

Emailed at 5pm to check if the EOS R100 Mirrorless camera was in stock. Had a reply within 10 minutes to say it was and if ordered straight away it would despatch the next day. I placed the order and emailed my order number to confirm the order was placed. The camera despatched the next day as promised and received by 7.30am the day after despatch camera and lenses as ordered. You can't get better service and delivery than that. Will definitely use again.

Most fantastic service - I used another company and the same camera was going to be delayed by 3 weeks (didn't research and it was coming from Hong Kong). I cancelled that order and contacted Nextdaycamera by email who said if I ordered at that point it would arrive next day. True to word my camera arrived the next morning and was everything I hoped for. Would definitely recommend and use again

The service was fantastic and it arrived in very good time for a birthday as requested. The lens is amazing, we are both very happy! :)

Ordered a lens and on receiving realised I had ordered the wrong one! Contacted them and no issue in returning the lens against the correct one and refunded the difference in cost prior to my receiving the correct one. Since dealt with them again as highly satisfied with every aspect of their customer service.

Best price I could find, (RF 35 F1.4 lens) next day delivery, good communication - fantastic experience.

What it says on the website, asked for it to be delivered to a different address and it was delivered next day.

Needed a camera for my holidays. The Canon R5 kit Phil suggested from customer services was an excellent choice. Suited my budget and arrived next day in plenty of time for my holiday. Very happy customer. Would highly recommend NextDayCamera to others.

They have highlighted a concern that this review is not related to NextDayCamera.co.uk because my order was with Pro-Camera.co.uk. They are threatening me with legal action and researching irrelevant details about my life using the information I gave them to fulfil my order. I am happy to make it clear to the reader that this review is of Middleton Hill Limited, which operates NextDayCamera, as per the details of my review below.]

I used Pro-Camera.co.uk, which is the same as this company (same address on website, same website design, etc) and my payment appeared on my bank account as NextDayCamera.

I wanted to order a camera that was advertised as Next Day delivery. I emailed on Monday to ask if they had one in stock and could delivery by Thursday, which is when I needed it by. They emailed back to say they had one in stock, and a minute later I had replied to say I would buy it (asking them to email if any issues), and 5 mins after that I'd checked out.

I emailed to ask for a tracking number. I was told it would be delivered on Friday. I said this was likely too late, and they said that they'd escalate this to their shipping manager. It's now Wednesday. I asked when I'd get a tracking number, and was told that I'd get a tracking number next Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

This is too late for me, and I now don't trust any date they give. I have asked for a refund, but am skeptical about whether it will be processed any time soon. Luckily I paid via credit card so have Section 75 protection.

[EDIT 1: The company says it has refunded me (waiting to see it in my account) but has called and emailed to ask if I'll remove this review. I am inclined not to, because it accords with other experiences that I'd been worried about before ordering and I wouldn't have ordered had I known I'd have this experience.]

[EDIT 2: The company has further asked that I remove this review as I purchased via Pro-Camera.co.uk, but both websites share an address and telephone number and my payment was processed by Next Day Camera. The "about us" page of both websites names the company as Middleton Hill Limited with the same company number.]

My decision was price based. The product will be a busy piece of equipment offered at a similar price to a refurbished unit and considerably less than new at the high street! Another consideration was the reputation of the product as a quality and robust professional tool. The product was ordered 11.00h 08/07/2024 and arrived Next Day as promised.........Derek Canon 5d Mk 4

First class service received next day even though it was Saturday would recommend next-day cameras

I have used Next Day Camera a number of times most recently for a Nikon DSLR. Next day was, as usual, just that and I was delighted with the camera. Good customer care also - kept informed at each stage of ordering, dispatch and delivery.
