Très bonne agence de location dans tout le maroc pour mon séjour au mois de mai on m'a livré le porsche macan jusqu'à l'aéroport tout s'est très bien passé l'avion avait du retour a aller le propriétaire nous a quand même attendu sans problème voiture en pratiquement neuf je recommande fortement a tout le monde cet agence nexdriveplaza pour location courte durée ou longue

"My experience with this rental company…


"My experience with this rental company was a complete disaster. The car I received was not what I booked, it was dirty, and had mechanical issues. To make matters worse, the customer service was awful – the staff were rude and unhelpful when I tried to resolve the problems. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them."

At NexDrivePlaza, we do not own or operate vehicles directly. We work with verified partner agencies and all bookings are documented, with clear vehicle details and customer communication at every step.

If you have genuinely used our service, we invite you to contact us directly with your booking reference so we can investigate and take immediate action if needed. We are committed to resolving any real issue transparently and professionally.

That said, we have recently taken strict measures against non-compliant partners, and we remain fully focused on maintaining high standards for our clients.

I agreed with the company to rent a car…

I agreed with the company to rent a car and they didn’t deliver the car to me at the airport, they also took my deposit of £200, left me waiting with my mum who’s disabled and was very poorly, I was waiting for 3 hours with no replies from anyone until I got blocked by them. So unprofessional and I cannot believe this has happened to me! I do not recommend to anyone at all!

In particular, no £200 deposit or related transaction has been identified in our payment system.

Très mauvaise expérience avec Next Drive Plaza

Very bad experience with Next Drive Plaza. They left me waiting at the airport for more than 2 hours with my two children, even though they had confirmed the car and two baby seats. Nothing arrived, and despite my €120 deposit, there was no refund and no serious response. Very disappointing service, I do not recommend this agency at all.
