They scam you with unwanted subscription
I ordered a car part that turned out to be poor quality, and I was also unknowingly signed up for a monthly “Prime Discount” subscription. I never agreed to this and have no idea how it was added.
Attempts to cancel and request a refund have only resulted in automated responses. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company as they appear to operate in a deceptive way.
I am now contacting my bank to dispute the charges.

I made a single purchase in Dec 25. Unfortunately for me, I haven't checked my account recently but noticed yesterday a payment has been made every month ever since. Apparently, I signed up for a monthly membership I would never use (I live in NZ!!). Like many other customers, instead of appreciating our business, they knowingly fleece people, in my case to the tune of $150. I have now cancelled my card so at least the unauthorized payments can't continue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Total scam! I saw an Instagram ad about miraculously fixing a crack in your windshield that seemed worth a try. I ordered one kit. Two kits showed up! So they doubled my order without authorization and double charged me. I wouldn't have even noticed the double charge but then they started auto-billing a monthly charge of $29.95 from Prime Discounts 240-2976103 TX and when I called my credit card company to dispute this random monthly charge that is when I realized what had happened. This is a very deceptive scam that turns into a monthly fee they try to sneak in on people not paying attention. (and the crack repair doesn't work either!)... they are using that to get sneaky and try to get your money every month.

Placed an order and didn’t feel good about it when I looked at invoice. So I contacted them 19 minutes after placing order and told to cancel order. They got back to me a few minutes later and said order had been boxed up and gone to shipping. I told them to stop shipment and credit me. Then they said I they could not because it had been shipped and I had 90 days to return. Started to look into this company and realized it was a scam. All their responses looked like they were computer generated. Did not see one review above 1 star for this company.

This company is a scam. I bought products in good faith believing they would work as advertised, or close to. BUT THEY WERE NOT EVEN CLOSE! I bought total rubbish which was supposed to arrive via "FREE" Shipping. The shipping was charged, but admittedly I did see that on the invoice at the point of purchase, but for a few dollars I thought 'what the hell, do it'. One month later they charged my Paypal account again. FOR WHAT? I hadn't ordered anything more. Fortunately I paid with Paypal (which I recommend everyone should do). It was there that I found I had an active subscription which I definitely wasn't told about and didn't sign up for. I have asked for reimbursement. Should nothing happen, I will place it in the hands of Paypal who have helped me in the past when I have fallen foul of other scammers. My advice (and that is all it is), DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
