Hi Marvin, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your frustration with the quiz format. We do want to let you know that our course offers unlimited retakes — you are welcome to retry any quiz as many times as needed until you pass. We understand it can be discouraging to start again, but this is a state requirement we must adhere to in order to validate course completion. We appreciate your patience and hope this clarification helps!

I told this once
I told this once. It was the most boring session that I've used for defensive driving. No interaction. Also this time, there were problems with signing in, which I usually don't have a problem with. I will not use New York safety councils course again.
