Our ‘new & unused’ appliances are uniquely graded. As such, they are listed individually with a unique condition description and include photos specific to that particular item. In our listings, we indicate general cosmetic damages across these units because they come into us without packaging, transit through the workshop, valet, photography and the sales bay all without packaging. Therefore, although new and unused, they won’t look fresh off the manufacturers’ production line and may have minor marks that don’t show up in the photographs. Any specific dents, marks or scuffs will be described in the listing conditions and visible in the photographs. It’s because of these general non-specific and/or specific marks, dents or scuffs that NewLife Appliances is able to offer such great prices on such a range of great products. All appliances are tested so washing machines and dishwashers may contain residual water within the pipes from the wet test phase. Original instruction manuals aren’t something that travel with graded products, so your new appliance may not have one. Ver efficient service
Ver efficient service. Ordered dishwasher and within 3 days it was delivered and met all descriptions. Very pleased with the dishwasher and at a very competitive price. Only slight drawback was that I was advised that the old machine would be collected free of charge but delivery men could not collect the old dishwasher leaving me to dispose of it myself.

Easy transaction, great product, awful delivery.
Product is first class. Experience with New Life Appliances was straightforward.
The delivery company used (Furdeco) was awful. Two lightweight ‘men’ who gave up before the fridge was off the van.
Furdeco delivery company was the only poor experience of the transaction.

Terrible experience,
Company send me product not suitable for the UK market with 2 pin plug, when I call about it, I have been told they wasn't aware about it and told me to get it swap !!! Exact words was...ask your electrician to swap it! As well, product had been open before, polistyring inside all smashed and plastic bag with spare parts ripped off. Delivery service wasn't what they promised as well, no phone call, nothing, one man delivery and was treated the box like it was piece of wood, so I had to ask to be careful because it is electric appliance! Sorry not good experience! Wrong product and they wasn't interested or concern that they causing so much trouble to arrange this to send back, not even sorry!

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. However I would like to point a few things for others to read as your review is not entirely true.
The cooker hood you bought was brand new and packaged by the manufacturer, so we don't open boxes to see the contents. I am sorry that the manufacture has forgotten to include a "UK" 3 pin plug. As per our conversation I did say ask your electrician to change the plug and we will pay for the plug, you rudely declined.
As per no phone call to you by our delivery company, you did not include your contact number on the order form. You provided your phone number on 10 August via email. You were also told on Wednesday 12 August that the delivery will be on Wednesday 13 August between 1pm to 4pm. We use a 2 man delivery crew for heavier appliances and not for 10 kg cooker hood.
You did ask for a full refund we agreed to collect the hood one day next week and refund you in full once the hood is back in our warehouse, to which you rudely swore when I told you the terms and conditions of refunds.
However, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes we had to cancel your order due to the defective fridge you had bought from us. We test all our products (Graded and refurbished ones) before dispatch so to make sure everything should be in working order. Unfortunately we found that the fridge was not cooling down and was stuck on 9 degrees Celsius for 48 hours, where it should be 5 degrees. We phoned you and told you that we cannot send this fridge as its faulty and you happily asked for a refund.
We sincerely apologise to you for any inconvenience caused.
Condition was worse than expected
The fridge does work, but I'm afraid the condition was a lot worse than we had expected. The photos did not show all of the damage, and certainly did not show how worn the interior condition was. There was also no plumbing kit included, which would have been nice if they had mentioned this.
Delivery was fast and efficient though- the guys were very helpful.

Mixed experience, but a working dishwasher
A mixed experience.
On the positive side:
1. Delivery on time, with excellent communication beforehand and physical distancing protocols observed throughout.
2. We have a functional dishwasher, with no operational issues so far.
On the negative side:
1. There was no opportunity to inspect the item before the delivery team left (and consequently no opportunity to identify damage).
2. The dishwasher was not really in the promised condition of "New, out of packaging". Although it wasn't in bad condition it had clearly been used before, as it contained a fair volume of water, and had marks of wear and tear in several places. One of the feet was absent and the other was damaged. There were also certain additional parts missing, including the hinges for fitting the door panel to the integrated dishwasher. Fortunately I had kept the hinges and feet from my previous Neff dishwasher, and refitted them to the replacement.
Generally very supportive of the aims and approach of NewLife Appliances, but this experience would cause me to reflect on buying the same way again.

Lack of communication created delivery problems
Very happy with my fridge freezer and the saving I made. But, the damage was more extensive than was visible on the photos. There was a lack of communication from the company - (none of my email queries submitted were replied to - or even read?). The 2 delivery guys were unable to deliver the appliance to my kitchen upstairs (something I did mention in the delivery notes on purchase) and were unaware there was an appliance to remove (also something I'd enquired after in delivery notes and had confirmed with the seller before delivery). Luckily, between myself and my 3 adult children we were able to get it upstairs and unpacked, at which point we discovered the scrape in the door which, as there wasn't any damage done to the bubble wrap packaging it was wrapped in, I assume was the reason for it's discount. However, it was not visible in the small, poor quality photo supplied nor mentioned in the description.

Thank you this review, however as communicated over the phone with our sincere apologies that a mistake has been made by our warehouse on dispatch. Due to Covid-19 and social distancing we are sharing our warehouse with other organisation and we all have been given days to attend the warehouse, ours being on every Monday and Thursdays. We did say that once we are back in our warehouse on Monday (closed over the weekend) we shall rectify this issue and get back to you.

Umm ....Product is great
Product is great. The price was great. Communication really was minimal and I had to chase them for an update after a week of no news following payment
receipt mail, this chase did get a quick reply. The delivery was a calamity, polite guys but a real comedy sketch. Went to wrong address first, not sure they would have made it without a lot of help.
