We've used New Homes since 2017 and they are always great to deal with. We've had some complicated re-mortgages (to us anyway) and they always fully explain all of our options. We recently had a call with Grace Sherwood to arrange our upcoming re-mortgage and as always she was very polite, friendly and efficient and dealt with all of the questions we had during the call effectively. Would highly recommend.
