An unfortunate life happening that ended up having such a positive outcome. From day one everyone I came in contact with at New Era was incredibly helpful, supportive and just so pleasant to deal with. I cannot say enough about the experience. To have your back in a not so great life situation is amazing. Not one negative tone or feeling of guilt throughout the whole process.

I am almost finished with my debt settlement program with New Era and cannot be more pleased. Geri has been with me from the start and always answers my emails immediately and calls me with great suggestions. John has gone above and beyond trying to get my latest settlement with a company that has been less than helpful. It took 4 weeks and multiple conference calls and faxes to jump through all this paticular company's hoops, but yesterday we were successful in reaching a settlement! One more to go!!!

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was at the end of my rope and credit limit and not sure if I would be able to buy food. Though it was humiliating, I called several companies and New Era treated me with dignity and respect. They set up a 4 year plan and I was able to live, and pay back my debt in 19 months! I am thrilled and free!
