New Era is an amazing service if you are looking to get out of debt easily over a few years. They are friendly, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and I felt at ease knowing they were handling my account with care. New Era was able to negotiate my credit debt down significantly and dispersed my deposits appropriately. All creditor contact goes to their offices and they were amazing at keeping the wolves from my door. It takes a while - I started in 2018 and the program ended in 2022, but I didn't mind. Aside from the monthly deposits I was very hands off with the program. I would check in occasionally to see how things were going and only once during the whole program did they recommend to increase my monthly deposits by $50. I didn't feel that was unreasonable since my deposit amount was already pretty low and it only helped me to get out of debt faster. I highly recommend New Era's services to anyone in need of debt help. I hope I never need New Era's services again, but if I find myself in a tough spot financially I will definitely contact them.
