I cannot praise this company and their product enough.
Back in January/ February, I ordered 3 sets of smooth grey Venetian blinds with tapes from The Range.
Unfortunately the largest one was the wrong size. I’d like to add this was completely my error, not measuring the drop correctly.
It had been over the 2 weeks to return but after liaising with New edge blinds, they kindly agreed to except them.
After husband being admitted to hospital several times with a serious illness, another 3 months passed before I contacted them.
Rightly so, they could not except the blinds back but offered to help with another set offering discount.
They fit perfectly!
They have responded to every email (around 40 or more going back and forth)
The customer and sales team need a medal for their patience with me.
They were so understanding and supportive of our situation.
The blinds themselves are excellent quality and very stylish. They are excellent value for money.
Delivery was fast and easy installation.
Well done New Edge blinds, we will be ordering with you again when we do the rear of the house.

I was struggling finding a fixed curtain pole until I came across this website. Where you can order the exact length you want. Ordering was easy once I had decided what decorative ends I wanted. The delivery was a lot early then initially said but was updated with tracking info etc. curtain pole is good quality and everything you need in a curtain pole 😆. thanks.

Avoid this company , I bought 3 blinds, first delivery never came, 2 nd delivery came with one blind missing. Incredibly stressful process, I returned the blinds out of pocket £100. Do NOT recommend at all

Honestly the worst experience
Honestly the worst experience, I have received my blinds today and the hole is too small for the chain side, I am so frustrated on how they can't make simple things. I will not go through the whole process of returning it either just a waste of money. I chose for the cheap price but I guess that's my own fault. Next time i will go to a proper company.

what a rubbish company!! I ordered 2 pairs of curtains
on the 25th of July. the delivery stated a 5 working day delivery, well, still waiting it's now the 4th of August. after about 25 emails I got pretty fed up.
I now asked for a full Refund. Don't bother to purchase from them.

Terrible delivery experience and sent the wrong product and wont refund
Firstly they use DX to deliver who can't find a house just 7 miles from their depot and lie and say they have left a card. I ended up collecting the poles from the depot. Once I got the curtain poles home they had sent the wrong size. I have requested a refund but they are refusing until the item is sent back but can't find a courier to do this. They wanted me to buy them at discount!!! Trouble is as they are the wrong size they don't fit! This is unreasonable behaviour given they have sent goods that were not as described in the order. AVOID

We are very sorry for the delivery difficulties and that the incorrect curtain poles were supplied. We completely understand your frustration, particularly after you had to collect the parcel directly from the depot.
We would like to clarify that a refund has not been refused. As the incorrect goods remain with you, they first need to be collected and returned before the refund can be completed. We are actively working to arrange a suitable collection at no cost to you and will do everything we reasonably can to resolve this as quickly as possible.
The discount was offered only as an optional alternative in case you wished to retain the poles. We fully understand that this is not suitable where they do not fit, and it does not affect your right to return the incorrect items.
Please continue corresponding with our support team so that we can finalise the collection. Once the matter has been resolved, we would be grateful if you would consider updating your review to reflect the complete outcome.

Ok for very light weight curtains
Track is very thin and bends easily on my medium weight curtains make sure you order correct size has return is exspensive because off lenght 180 cm Royal Mail will not except parcel

For clarity, the item ordered was a 190 cm curtain track, not a 180 cm blind. Because of its length, it exceeds the limits accepted by many standard parcel services, which significantly reduces the number of return options available.
As the item was being returned because it was unsuitable rather than faulty, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. The £28 charge was the courier’s quoted collection cost for a parcel of this size, not a fee set by us or an amount from which we profit.
We also explained that you are welcome to arrange a cheaper tracked return independently. The track can still be returned within the applicable return period, provided it is unused and securely packaged. We still remain happy to assist.

Well priced ceiling tracks
Ceiling tracks were well priced and arrived very quickly. They look perfect, were easy to fit and have achieved the discreet look I wanted to achieve for sheer curtains. Have ordered some previously and had good customer service when asking further questions about the tracks and how they arrived etc.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from NewEdgeBlinds.
My blind arrived with missing valance clips, meaning it could not be finished as supplied. I had already paid for a professional fitter to install it, only to discover that essential parts were missing.
I reported the issue on 29 June and was repeatedly assured that replacement clips had been sent. First I was told they were sent by Royal Mail, then later I was told DHL was involved. Despite asking several times, I was never provided with any proof of dispatch or delivery, and as of 9 July I still have not received the replacement parts.
Rather than resolving the problem, the company has repeatedly tried to avoid taking responsibility, insisting the blind can still be used without the missing parts and refusing to provide a prepaid return or a refund. As the customer, I have been left waiting, chasing updates and disputing the matter through B&Q Marketplace.
What has disappointed me most is the customer service. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience caused, they have simply repeated the same responses while failing to provide evidence that the replacement parts were ever sent.
I have now lost all confidence in this company and have requested a full refund. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from NewEdgeBlinds again.

We are sorry to read this review, particularly as considerable efforts were made to resolve the issue.
Replacement valance clips were dispatched on four separate occasions. Three of those consignments were sent using tracked services, and the relevant tracking and delivery information was provided to the customer. We therefore do not agree with the suggestion that no evidence of dispatch or delivery was supplied.
We also explained that the blind itself remained fully functional and that the clips related to the finishing valance rather than the operation of the product. Nevertheless, replacement parts were repeatedly arranged in an effort to bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
When the customer later requested to return the blind, the available options were explained through the marketplace process. We appreciate that the experience was frustrating for the customer, but we do not believe this review fairly reflects the number of replacement attempts made, the tracking evidence supplied, or the support provided throughout the case.
We remain committed to resolving genuine product issues promptly and fairly, and we are always willing to review any matter where further assistance is required.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is an exception. I have found the customer service of Newedgeblinds to be second to none. I purchased 4 velux roof blinds and they were by far the cheapest I found. I was quoted £590 by a local shop to supply and fit, at Newedgeblinds about £140 for the four!!.
I had a number of questions before purchase and their customer service were quick to respond and really helpful each and every time!
After purchase, delivery was quick and the items arrived in great condition, very well packed and good quality items. I have not fit the blinds yet l, but they look very straight forward.
I did have one issue post purchase (colour was not exactly as expected) however Newedgeblinds offered a resolution without fail.
Going off my experience I could whole heartedly recommend them.
