Ripoff website. They sent me mail to my home address for business filing. I knew it was coming up so I thought nothing of it until I saw the price went up by more than 2 times compared to last year. They're basically soliciting business owners close to renewing their filing and redirecting them to their scummy website instead of the actual state website where it will take you the same amount of time and with less than half the price to do what they claim to do for you.

That was the top of the letter in a large white font with a Larger Blue Background.
It is totally false!
They Sends False or Misleading Letters hoping to get you to sign up with them for filing what most people can file for themselves on their respective Secretary of Website. At least with the Louisiana Secretary of State.
I say false because it States that my annual report was overdue on 3/24/2025. It goes on to say my newly formed LLC was in jeopardy of being administratively dissolved had I not caught on the the “may be”
The date they claimed the Past Due Annual Report was due was the date of it being approved as an LLC!
This scare tactic statement is nothing more than a phishing scam to get your information in hopes that you hire them to do what you can do for yourself without additional fees from them.

They may provide the services that they state in a timely manner but at unnecessary added expenses (their charge) from other reviews of at least $175!
They seek your business through less than honorable means. To me that makes them a less than honorable business!!!!
I will be filing a complaint against them with the State and Federal Agencies regarding misleading or scare tactics claims.
While they may not have broken the law because they used “may be”, they are definitely not being honest in their approach. When dealing with legal matters, especially with Government do you want to rely on such deceptive statements from the company you choose?

These guys are preying on the ignorant. Business records are public record, and they take advantage of small business owners by sending them letters, the month of the license's expiration date, and threaten to dissolve their LLC if they don't refile. I knew mine was up this month and this letter was on my desk, on top of the state's actual renewal notice. I read the fine print and had my suspicions. Followed the link and went through the process, just to see what it looked like. When they wanted to charge me $175 I decided it was enough and went directly to Utah's business licensing website on their .gov page and renewed....for $18.00.
These guys are a scam.

Didn't appreciate the marketing
Received letter informing me my business could be dissolved or revoked in the future. Which is technically true, but in way these facts were presented, it seemed to me the letter could be trying to scare me. They provided a QRcode to scan and file with them for a fee. I almost did.
As a matter of information, you don't need to pay a middle man. A company can just file with the State.
For me the format, style and presentation of their letter made it difficult for me to determine that they were not an official representative of the State. The disclaimer is there, but it was difficult for me to find this disclaimer at the bottom of the letter. The letter scared me at first. Not sure if they intended to use scare tactics, but it initially made me upset.

They do hide their statement at the bottom of the letter, in the third sentence of a fine print paragraph, that they are not affiliated with any government office

Received letter that looked legit stating that I had missed my filing date and I could pay by scanning QR code. I was in a hurry (never again!!) and completed it only to figure out that I wasn't filing with the Secretary of State - this company was charging me $175 to do it for me. No phone number to call so couldn't dispute it when I figured it out right afterward. Total shady business practice. Preying on public records to get your money.

This company is a scam, I always file on my own behalf in the state of North Carolina, in which I only pay 203. I received a letter in the mail saying that my annual report was past due, so I followed the prompts just to end up paying $350 in past due and another $350 for filing. When it came to downloading the receipt, that was when I found out that I had been robbed. I called them right away and canceled the automated renewal and asked for a refund. If they don't refund my money, I'll be calling the bank.

This company is a scam - BEWARE -- They send mails out to as many companies as they can saying you owe (in my case) the annual business filing report fee for my company. I don't have an account with this company - they just out an "all call."
Their disclaimer is very pale gray at the bottom of their mail. I have received mail stated about Business filing past due .I know I forgot to file but this company sends mail like an business filing authority ,and started as " your company may be administratively dissolved or revoked" ... in bold text. Initially I afraid that. Then I tried to file unknowingly and fill all the details and come to see the amount as $700 stated as filing fee $375 and Late fee $375. Then I closed this and went to check in the state government website it was $200 only no late fee. I have filed.
