This would appear to be a scam
This would appear to be a scam. They are claiming I am overdue in filing my Corporate Fees. When I check with the Secretary of State in the state of registration, they say I have filed everything appropriately.
Even worse are the fees they charge for this. They have a service fee that's 175% of the fees charged by my state.
Even if they are legit, their fees are terrible. It's far easier to file directly with the state organizations. So I'd avoid totally!

PA Annual Report
PA Annual Report - do NOT file with this company. File via PA website file.dos.pa.gov using your keystone ID. Costs $7. As opposed to this company's $200 fee.
They pretend they are the source for PA and then every year they email you telling you to file via them.
AND the website is the WORSE. Should have been the clue

I had tried to reach the Illinois Secretary of State web site, but when I typed in the web address for the Illinois office, I was presented with the web site for Newbusinessfiling. I did not realize that I was not at the IL sec of state site until after I did the transaction. When I called and talked to Chelsea, she was very helpful and voided the transaction immediately.

Total scam
Total scam - charged me for doing nothing with no notifications nor me approving anything.
Nothing - charging me 225 for something that was totally unnecesary
Noitifications - my phone and emails screen out all spam and scams, so I did not see anything plus you cannot hide behind this idea
Approval - Under no circumstances did you have my direct approval before taking my $225.
Ergo, based on the above, you are a scam. Scammers don't return money, they just take it as you do (have done). I hope you take that seriously, too.

We do not charge customers “for nothing.” Our services include filing preparation, document processing, compliance reminders, customer support, and business management tools designed to help business owners stay organized, avoid missed deadlines, and grow their business. Services are only provided after a customer either places an order directly through our website or actively enrolls in optional auto-renewal services during checkout.
For customers enrolled in auto-renewal, multiple reminder notifications are sent by both email and text message prior to any renewal processing to provide ample opportunity to review or cancel the service.
We take concerns like this seriously and encourage you to contact our support team directly with your business name and contact information so we can review your account history and address any concerns promptly.

They actually answer the phone during business hours and were very helpful. I wasn’t sure if I had to renew my business or what form needed to be filed. They were patient with my questions and I could even understand them because they are American!

They send deceptive communications to you that appear to be from other official sources about required filings for your business. Businesses already pay enough without getting ripped off from companies such as this.
If you are looking for honesty, do not use this company. Save yourself a lot of $$ and file your reports yourself. Unfortunately, I was a victim of their deception.

Fraudulently poses as a government mailing. If you are unfortunate enough to fall for it, your annual business filing of $15 per business will cost you an additional $160. Its par for the course that they flood Trustpilot with 5 star reviews to pretend to be a legitimate company.

Our mailed notices are sent to businesses that appear to have upcoming filing deadlines and are intended to provide business owners with the option to either use our professional filing service or file directly with their state on their own. Our mailers clearly disclose that we are a private filing service, identify our company by name, separately disclose both our service fee and the applicable state fee, and provide the direct government filing website for customers who prefer to file independently. Our notices also state that if a filing has already been completed, the recipient should disregard the notice, as mailing and state processing times can overlap.
Many business owners choose to use professional filing services like ours for convenience, reminders, filing assistance, and ongoing support, while others prefer to complete filings themselves. We respect both choices and strive to provide transparent communication regarding the services we offer. We also appreciate feedback from all customers and are proud of the experiences voluntarily shared by businesses that have used our services.

Sent me an email threatening my business would be dissolved or fined $500/day if I didn't file through their provided link. This email came during my filing month and I had previously received notice from the Secretary of State that it was time...so I (unfortunately) did not pay close enough attention to WHO this threatening email was from. Although it appears to be from a .org email, it is in fact a predatory third-party company collecting insane amounts of money ($150!!!) to do what I can do in 5 minutes FOR FREE through the state of Idaho. Ugh. Lesson learned, but I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General in Idaho.
Also, after reading their responses to other 1 star reviews...THEY ARE WELL AWARE WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS A SCAM!! All of the reviews above 1 star are obviously fake profiles with AI-generated anecdotes about how "patient" and "kind" the people at this company are. GROSS!!
