From the moment I booked my first consultation, I felt completely at ease and well informed. I received a warm welcome from the reception staff, who were very helpful and even offered refreshments straight away, making the whole experience feel both relaxed and professional.

I had my breast augmentation surgery on 24th February after a recommendation from a friend who had undergone the same procedure with Mr Hardy. After seeing her results, I knew he was the surgeon I wanted. Every member of staff has been amazing and truly a credit to the clinic. The entire experience has been a pleasure, and I am so happy with my results so far. Mr Hardy is an exceptional surgeon, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I travelled 1.5 hours each way and have absolutely no regrets.

On the day of surgery, I was welcomed by a lovely team member who guided me through each step of the process, explaining everything clearly. From arrival to going into surgery was only about an hour and a half, which really helped ease my nerves. All my vital checks and medical history were carefully reviewed again, making me feel safe and well cared for.

The aesthetic team were fantastic—friendly, reassuring, and even had a great sense of humour, which helped keep me calm. I have some medical history that required careful consideration before proceeding, and the communication between the clinic staff, nurses, anaesthetic team, Mr Hardy, and myself was seamless. Every question or concern I had was answered thoroughly.

I returned 4–5 days later to have my dressings removed, where everything was cleaned, re-sterilised, and handled with care. The aftercare has been excellent, and I’ve now had my final follow-up and been discharged.

I would definitely return for any future cosmetic procedures. A huge thank you to the entire team for making my experience so positive. I can’t believe how smooth the whole process has been, and I’m now enjoying my new look and feeling much more confident.

I had my surgery 10th Feb after recommendation from a friend. All the staff are absolutely amazing and a credit to the clinic. My whole experience has been a pleasure and I’m so happy with my results so far. Mr hardy is an exceptional surgeon. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I travelled 2.5hrs each way and have no regrets whatsoever. Throughout my journey everyone has being so lovely and helpful.

Honestly we’re do I begin!
One thing is for sure, I wish if I could rewind the clock back I would never of chose Dr. Hardy for my breast augmentation. I went back after 6 months to address my concerns that my breasts we’re totally mis-shaped & it was obvious the pocket that had been made was too large & the implants were sitting closer to the armpit than together, one nipple pointing up & one nipple pointing down, my breasts looked square, straight on the sides - absolutely awful.

Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere because if your experience and results are anything like mine, you will wish you did.

I went to the New Birkdale Clinic for a consultation for breast augmentation. I booked with Dr De Gado and I knew from this he was the surgeon for me. He made me feel at ease spoke about a number of different options and went through everything with me. I am now 7 weeks post op and I just couldn’t fault anything at all. The staff and nurses have been a dream Nat, Chloe and Lee (who is fairly new) were absolutely wonderful, nothing was ever too much if I needed something or wanted something and if at any time I had concerns they’d always put my mind at ease. Super chatty and super friendly thanks so much girls! Dr De Gado has done the most amazing job and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He has made my boobs look so natural and they are the perfect size, I’m so glad I listened to all his advice in the initial consultation. Thank you so much!

Mr Degado and his team of chaperones made me feel comfortable and well looked after throughout. He was extremely efficient, carefully measuring my chest area and giving an honest, professional opinion on the implant size that would best suit me. As an experienced cosmetic surgeon and breast specialist, his advice felt genuine and tailored to me personally. I was able to try the implants for sizing, which really helped with my decision, and I was given clear information on where to order the specialist surgical garment. Booking a surgery date was quick and flexible around my availability. I also received a confirmation email a week before with my arrival time, which was very reassuring.

Breast augmentation with dr hardy 1 week post op. Amazing experience so far. The whole team was amazing. Recovering really well and feeling so at easy would defiantly recommend love my new breasts already!

Had surgery in December with Mr DeGado, very thorough consultation, everything explained in detail.
All of the staff I saw at the clinic were friendly and caring on the day of the surgery and every follow-up appointment.

I am the most paranoid person on earth and despite walking myself into surgery I felt completely at ease throughout the whole process and was spoken to until I was asleep by the anaesthetists.
I had a consultation and immediately knew this was the place for me, every single staff member was amazing and done everything for me after surgery, helping me sit up and get dressed they was amazing with everything and all so kind.
I am so happy with my results I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get them replaced in the future. This has changed my life and confidence massively and I can’t thank mr hardy for it enough 🙌🏽

As a trans woman, I was treat by all staff in my consultation period with absolute dignity and respect. The admin team and my handler were efficient and very friendly.

Originally booked with Mr Hardy for breast surgery, due to unforseen circumstances, he sadly had to cancel my appointment.

The owner called me immediately, apologetic and offered me several options ,one of which was to keep my surgery date but with Mr De Gado. I chose this option but as this would mean coming in for a further consultation the night before proposed surgery date - Dr B the owner - arranged a hotel stay, a free meal, reimbursed my extra costs on train, and even provided me with an additional support bra. Absolutely above and beyond levels of service. I am massively grateful for this.

Mr De Gado is an absolute meticulous professional. He made me feel at ease, explained the whole process and my options and his work speaks for itself - Absolutely outstanding ! I am so very happy.

I had my breast reduction with Mr Hardy, who is a very experienced surgeon. I have to say I am very pleased by the experience from start to finish. I have found the Dr and nurses to be very informed and professional. The nurses make you feel comfortable and look after you well. The anaesthetist Stefi was great and really calmed me before the surgery. Overall I am really impressed with the New Birkdale Clinic. Thank you to all the staff who I have dealt with. You’re all brilliant.

I am yet to have my surgery but to date cannot fault the staff at New Birkdale. Initially I was going to have my surgery with another company but changed to New Birkdale after a friend had her BA here. They have been open, transparent, honest about the outcome of my uplift and been happy to respond to questions and arranged a second consultation with my surgeon so he could answer all the questions I didn’t think of the first time. I feel really reassured that I’m in safe hands and can’t wait for my procedure in a few weeks time. I’m really glad I moved from my initial choice of company to them.

Avoid - the consultation from Dr Dutta was thorough - hense the 2 stars ….but afterwards Linda was very rude & was only interested in getting me booked in !!
I was also sent home with another patients private medical consent form & when I complained about this - they were not interested & was not bothered that they had breached data protection…..they were only interested in getting me booked in for my procedure.

The clinic could not do enough for me, from Carol at the reception and every interaction with all staff through to my surgeon Dr Dutta, I could not have asked for better treatment and support.
I had Gynecomastia surgery with Visar liposuction and gland excision. I am 7 weeks down the line, now discharged and fully healed and the results are better than I could’ve hoped and has improved my confidence completely.
Would recommend to anybody for an excellent, caring service.

Mr De Gado is a fantastic surgeon. He is kind, understanding and listened to me during my consultation . I had Upper Blepharoplasty. I am 4 weeks post op. Mr De Gado is, very caring. I felt I was in safe hands from the day I had my consultation with him. The results are amazing. It's made such a difference to my face. All the staff are lovely and took time to talk to me. Jodie my patient coordinator is such a lovely and approachable person. Carol on reception is very welcoming and a lovely person to talk to.

I was so nervous on the the day of surgery as I decided to have General Anaesthetic. The anaesthetist put my mind at rest and took time to talk to me, she was such a lovely person.Every member of staff I came into contact with was highly professional but super friendly and caring. I would highly recommend Mr De Gado and the New Birkdale Clinic to anybody who is considering surgery. Thank you for a fantastic experience.
