sent me a shower mixer with a manufacturing fault that the plumber only identified after he'd fit them. The seller has ignored my repeated requests for a replacement piece to resolve the problem so 4 days later, I am left with a leaking tap and a rapidly increasing water bill. They asked me to send: copy order (which they must have anyway), 2 photos of the problem and a video, as if everyone is au fait with these things. Jumping through hoops now and still my tap is leaking. Now ignoring me altogether. Won't be shopping with these cowboys again.

Absolutely appalling Customer Service, in fact it isn't a service at all! Just appears to be a group of girls that think they are above the law. 48 emails between Neshome and B&Q and they still can't sort it. Citizens Advice guided me through what to do as my case comes under Trades Description, a toilet that was advertised as white, that clearly isn't, Neshome agreed that it wasn't as advertised but refused to replace it, by law it doesn't matter that it had been fitted, I couldn't be without a toilet, could I? I was in fact offered £50 for the awful service provided by one of their team! (Sian) I haven't received it though. I am suspecting the Customer Service Manager, (who, by the way, says she runs the company beneath the Managing Director) will try to justify the abhorrent treatment I have received, down to being completely ignored to lying about me asking for an employee's private details, but I have all the photos and emails and my conscience is clear. I have now been advised to send my case to the Financial Ombudsman. Don't let substandard companies get away with fobbing you off and ignoring you, they are not above the law. It may be a hassle but they want you to give up

Promises next day delivery on purchase but changes that to 3 days after you checkout.

Great product, accurate detail of product and quick delivery

The products I ordered are as expected. They were due to be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. After 5 day I hadn't heard a thing from Nes. I contacted them to enquire where my order was. They did reply the following day with an update. It would of been nice to have had this info earlier during the delivery process without me having to chase it up.

Not trust worthy. The customer service very poor. Even after submitting evidence says will look into that too after several attempts. Found counterfeit items and reported but no response. No phone number to call them . They never accept their fault . Sorry to say that I will never use neshome again.so much hassle.

Excellent service! Had my delivery a lot early than expected. Lovely quality at a great price! Will be ordering again in the next couple of weeks.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong items (basin taps instead of bath taps) and the person that I dealt with changed my order with out any fuss. They were very efficient and helpful, and even apologised for my inconvenience!! Will use again in future.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Nes home sent a faulty shower and are refusing to replace it. They say we damaged it however we have had 2 plumbers trying to sort the issue which definitely isn’t our fault. We have already spent enough money on plumbers and are going to have to pay a third time to install a new one. The new shower definitely won’t be bought from Nes home

After taking delivery of a shower screen I realised it was the wrong size and would therefore like to exchange said screen for one slightly smaller . Very simple request I thought , but There is no contact number at neshome to speak to anyone , therefore I have sent 3 emails with no response from them as of yet .

The cupboard was good quality. Instructions for delivery were not helpful to an 80 year old. Probably would not have ordered with you had I read your unhelpful instructions for delivery. Kerside only!! Disgusting arrangements, how does anyone have cupboard delivered not inside a house!

If there was zero thats what NES deserve. Place order for their products from B&Q and cancelled within minutes as the delivery date coming up was later than showing pre order .B&Q also escalated the cancellation . I then placed order direct with them paid extra for express delivery In the morning. I asked if they could amend the order, as I found that they charged admin fee for returned items they said it could only be cancelled . I asked them to cancel They still despatched the order so that they can claim the £10 admin fee for cancellation ! Rip off company. Never buy from them. Trading standards should get involved . Been communicating with a Rachel who stopped communicating with me until after the goods had been despatched . B&Q should remove this company as a marketplace seller
