AWFUL
Avoid this company they do not reply to emails or give you any tracking information they do not have a customer services line you ring their number and it goes to a BT VOICEMAIL didn’t answer once. I do not think they are a legitimate company and B&Q need to seriously change stocking their products. Items arrived damaged but as I didn’t know when my order was coming (at all) I had to to use what turned up as I already had a plumber booked in a few days after delivery took nearly two weeks.

Bought a vanity unit which started to get water damage after several months after being installed.For something that is designed for a bathroom isn’t fit for purpose.At first correspondence appeared positive with customer service person Rachel, who confirmed a faulty product and replacement agreed of the drawer front, however despite several emails and 4 months later no drawer front has been replaced and now we are just ignored by the company
Faulty items
At first I was cautious using the company after reading so many reviews, but thought couldn’t be that bad. First issue landed when the bath panel and bath end panel were received, which were damaged. Made contact via email and although it took some time for a reply, they sent out replacements…which were again damaged. Emailed again and received a refund for these as 2 sets arrived damaged. Fast forward some time and with delays with bath panels and the usual issues with installing a bathroom the completion date was delayed and the bath was finally installed. After a few days the film/paint started to come away from the bath plug hole (Matt black overflow kit) and raised this issues with them, again via email. As this is outside of the 30 days, as described in their website, I have not been issued with a refund after multiple emails, explaining delays and the fact that the item is faulty, they have insisted this is taken out and returned. This incurs cost with plumbers to come out to take the faulty item out and leaves me without a bath, despite sending multiple images and videos via email to them with the faulty item. Clearly the item is faulty when this happened after a few days/uses you do not expect this to happen with a brand new bathroom suite. Utterly disappointed and wish I had gone with my gut instinct and not purchased from this company. Would not recommend. Please just be aware that faulty items outside of the 30 days will not be refunded, you will have to send back and wait for this to be inspected before even being looked at for a refund.
Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace! Item was delivered 4 days late & it was delivered damaged. Been on a week trying to get a replacement. Apparently you need to give them 48 WORKING HOURS to respond!!

i wish i could give zero, after promising next day delivery and receiving dispatch message but i never receive my order after seven days, despite a couple of phone calls i made to chase my order customer service is poor haveno clues how to help customer and solve the issue

Faulty goods and no refund
I ordered a product from the B&Q website, it arrived later than originally stated on website, when it arrived, it was broken. Contacted B&Q and was forwarded on to the supplier of the product NES Home. NES home expect me to be a time traveller and provide photos of how the product arrived? They conduct 48 hour 'investigations' on what broken products look like and then delay any communication by offering exchanges instead of the requested refund. B&Q pass the buck and don't help at all, NES Home are asleep at the wheel.

Towel rail had dents in it, when i went to order another & return delivery. It was sold out! I believe a damage product was sent to me as most likely the last one!! The sink & vanity was not the correct size as stated. Returned via UPS as NES Homes wanted £50 for return. Funny enough when sent was perfect. After 2 weeks of no communication from NES Homes, I eventually sent message and NES Homes stated the item was damaged. I feel this firm is a con. Why did it take so long to let me know item was damaged? Did not state that returns would cost so much as £50 also how do i know they did not damage item as its hard to damage an item that is 40kg, its not like courier could throw it. I urge all NOT to order from this company, which is based in Birmingham. Cheap item but massive disappointment with items. Either damaged or not as stated!! Rating not even worth a one star, will avoid in the future. I have a whole house to refurbish and thought I had found a decent company with decent goods as well as price. It not worth ordering from this company, total nightmare & cheap does not mean better!!
After contacting them again as they requested below. DONT BE FOOLED, ITS JUST LIP SERVICE!! Nothing has changed, small claims court here i come! I urge all negative reviews to take them to small claims!

Lied from the first minute
First they lied & provided a fake tracking number pretending was dispatched same-day for next day delivery. All lies. They stuck to this blatent lie for 3 days non-stop, until I asked them frankly 'is this fraud?'....then & ONLY then on the 4th day after ordering did they organise dispatch the following day on the 5th day (different tracking no. & different courier!) . So very very bad experience & very stressful & in my honest opinion they ONLY dispatched eventually because I pursued them non-stop for days did they actual dispatch to me.....ABSOLUTELY SHAMELESS. AVOID

Fitted a mixer shower that lasted all of about 4 weeeks. Then tried to contact them for a replacement and they have been terrible to get a response from, and are asking for me to take the shower apart and send photos of the cartridge etc.

Still waiting for my shower to be delivered, wich was suppose to be next day delivery, the tracking number doesn’t work at all, I have received my shower screen but no shower, tried getting in contact, ringing leaving numerous emails and messages but had absolutely no reply, the customer service is awful and my order seems to have disappeared and no one can tell me anything and no one is getting back to me.

£50 for a return!!!!!
Very poor service. Bought a bath panel via B&Q which was delivered from NES within a week. Upon receipt I realised it wasn’t the right fit. I contacted them (when around the block first) to be told my £45 item would be £50 to return!!
This is absolutely disgusting and their customer service is shocking.
I will never use them again or B&Q and will be taking the panel to my local store.
Avoid like the plague there out to scam you

Bought a toilet online from them, through bnq. They try to deliver without notifying me. Hence, no one was home. I try to contact them but it was impossible! I have not heard from them ever after...!!! No toilet, I lost my money and my time... never again!!!

Truthfully, I had a panic after I had placed the order because I had never heard of you and your products had no reviews. I worried I had been scammed. But then everything arrived in perfect condition with a friendly and helpful driver. The product quality seems just fine, the packing was professional and the price just couldn't be beaten. Very impressed!

Saw this in amazon first then decided to look up the company, bought it from the company, it arrived on time, and it was exactly how it looked on the web site, it was very hard to understand the instructions, ended up having to get a joiner to fit it, now it's done I'm very pleased with the bath panel

Quick delivery, I hope they give good customer Service after sales too. After sales Returns are really stressful.
