I really loved the look of this slatted composite but I could not make it work. The Slatted look was only available as Cladding, rather than a fence and it had to be built from the ground whereas i needed very long posts as i wanted my fence to begin 2 metres from the ground.

Great products and customer service
Great products, easy to work with, really good quality and look fantastic once installed. I under measured slightly and rang jake to explain i only needed a few more lengths to finish the job and he was extremely helpful putting my small order onto a nearby delivery with a few days. I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about ordering from them.

The best customer service and experience
I don’t usually write reviews but this is an exception. We had the best experience with Neowall, Jake couldn’t have been more helpful with every question we had and answering the phone to have chats about any queries, best customer service I’ve received from a brand! Not many places offer you such a personal and thoughtful service these days so it was very refreshing. We bought some panels and they are such great quality too, and have really made our home look modern and beautiful. I can’t thank them enough for all of their help and service with creating our dream home!

They've been so responsive (a real rarity in this day and age of total ghosting, even when you're trying to give people orders!) and helpful, nothing has been too much trouble. We've chosen their decking and cladding in charcoal and it looks really great, a lovely matt finish which makes it look very stylish and like the real thing. We'll be using them for the larger house build without hesitation, highly recommend.

Best place to buy composite decking or cladding
Great products, Jake is very knowledgeable and communicative person. Had to finish small project after Christmas. Ordered goods Saturday after Boxing Day. Delivery came Monday morning on 29th. Can’t recommend enough

Reasonable price and nice quality…
Very reasonable pricing and nice quality. Not installed yet but looks good. They didn’t have the initial colour I wanted in stock, so I compromised. No initial updates on delivery but once I got in contact, Jake was all over it with updating me.

Second time lucky!
After having been let down several times by another online seller I decided to give Neowall a try, helped along by their Black Friday sale.
I ordered enough product to clad the front of our new garden room.
I was very impressed with Jake who called with a query on my order and made sure I received the correct corner trims, and my order was delivered the next day after a call from the driver to tell me he would be along in about an hour.
Very impressed with the product, so placed a second order to finish my project, ordered on a Sunday evening and goods delivered on Tuesday, same driver and a phone call before delivery again.
Good, old fashioned customer service, can't beat it!

Neowall SPC flooring
I’ve just fitted Neowall’s SPC medium oak flooring, and my client couldn’t be happier with the result, It has completely transformed her living room giving it a clean, modern, and luxurious look.
