Great customer service
I recently installed reeded panels in my living room and I’m really pleased with the result. The team was very helpful when I had questions about sizing and how many panels I would need, which made the whole process much easier.
Delivery was on time for my work completion. The panels themselves were straightforward to install and they’ve completely transformed the look of the room.
A great experience from start to finish, I would definitely recommend.

Delivery took much longer than it…
Delivery took much longer than it should have considering I Paid £25 delivery fee should have been a lot sooner. Communication from customer service agent was also bad. I had a bad experience buying from nuwall.

The quality is excellent
The quality is excellent – lightweight but still very durable, and really easy to cut and install. What I loved most is how smooth the finish is, making them ideal for painting. They took paint really well and gave a high-end look once finished.

Panels were lost in transist
Panels were lost in transist. New panels were despatched when I asked for express delivery as I had time off work to decorate was told this was not an option. New panels arrived with damage but as had no time had to use as fill

This is reply to your response. I didn’t contact the courier directly. I was told this information from nuwall when phoning to chase panels.

Following your call with our team today, we would like to clarify that no replacement panels were dispatched, which is why only one tracking number was provided. Your original order was delivered within 7 working days, in line with the delivery timeframe stated on our website. While we always aim to deliver sooner, courier lead times are unfortunately outside of our control.
We were also not made aware of any damage to your order prior to today, as no emails or calls had been received advising us of this. We can confirm that your first email regarding the damage was sent today and then re-forwarded to us today at the correct email address. Had we been informed earlier, we would have been more than happy to assist and resolve the issue promptly.
As outlined in our terms and conditions, damages should be reported within the stated timeframe and via the correct contact method.
Additionally, the first notification we received regarding any issue was through this review. We feel this is unfair, as we were not given the opportunity to address and resolve the matter directly beforehand.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and want to reassure you that we are always here to help. However, we do rely on customers notifying us of any issues so we can take appropriate action.

Upon original purchase I was dubious if…
Great customer service
Upon original purchase I was dubious if the order was legitimate, I emailed the Nuwall UK team and was assured that my order had been received and was being processed. The team also resolved a communication error that had happend with the website being updated and a misunderstanding of products purchased. They also provided me with 2 free tubes of adhesive as a good gesture. When a second delivery had arrived, I reported damage to the product when opening, the team explained that damages need to be disclosed within 2 days of delivery and this had past. I explained my circumstances in the delay and again as a good will gesture the team have arranged a new delivery to replace the damaged goods. Thank you Nuwall for all the support in my purchase and the panels are great, can't wait to get them installed.

I ordered a sample of the Arc Reeded Warm Oak wall panels so I could get an idea of quality before I purchased. The colour was a perfect match to my living room furniture and the quality was great so I proceeded with an order. They have really changed the dynamic of my living room, they look so expensive.
