The group has two registered Brands: Neotrims™, a Textiles and accessories branch of the company and Janeo British Apparel™, which is the apparel branch, offering Men’s Work and Casual Shirts specially designed in house with a distinct British Look.
The Neo Knitting and Trims Company now primarily concentrates on e commerce. The Ribs and Trims are knitted in house at the Leicester factory for which we have become renowned.
The E commerce business now caters for Retail B2C and B2B clients.
You can find us also in eBay, Amazon and Etsy in UK and all the Worldwide Stores on these portals. For wholesale and larger quantities, we encourage you to use the Neotrims.com website as these have wholesale prices from a quantity of 50 pcs or 50 Meters upwards. You can of course buy retail there too.
The fabrics are imported from far east and others produced in our Leicester factories.

Product represented inaccurately
There was no tracking for the order delivery, the website photos do not represent how "sparkly" the material is, and there was no response regarding product return. Quite disappointing.

I love all i purchase
I love all i purchase, only WRC as a bag maker. The 600d is perfect. I can be ironed on a low heat on the right side. It adds a nice boost to your bags structure wise. The only mistake I sometimes make is the cheaper shipping, it's yodel who holds your items hostage and keeps them for days once received. Opt for the higher shipping. Do not be me! The products and dispatch is super fast always perfect.

Cuffing fabrics
This is the second time I have used Neotrims, because I am impressed with their prompt service and quality products.
It was hard to get a good range of cuffing for my sewing projects until I found Neotrims.
I also like their bargain packs; they are good value for money. It is pot luck what is in the pack, but that is ideal for my scrap fabric sewing challenges.

I've used Neotrims a few times
I've used Neotrims a few times, and never been disappointed with their products, or Staff.
However, delivery is only 1 star (only because I can't give it a '0'). It took Yodel 6 days to deliver my order, and when it arrived, the Driver just left it on the floor outside our house! The package would have fit through our letterbox, and our doorbell DOES WORK, but he chose not to do either.
Hopefully, Neotrims will take notice of this, and find a more reliable Company to do their deliveries.

What a fabulously generous company Neotrims are. I asked for some off cuts to make our charity bunting and they send me a bag full and for FREE what an amazing thing to do and we thank you so much. The service and delivery was excellent and Anant was so helpful. THANK YOU a million times for you generosity.

Excellent customer service
Good communication, fast efficient despatch of quality material. When there was an incorrect colour sent out in error, the customer service team investigated & sent the correct item out very promptly whilst keeping me informed. Purchases are securely & neatly wrapped.
Happy to repeat buy from this company.

Excellent customer service
Delivery driver shoved parcel of fabric under our hedge! Package ripped badly, it was pouring all day, so the fabric was also damaged & soaking wet. Some binding I ordered was missing & I think fallen out somewhere.
This was not Neo trims fault but they replaced everything really promptly. Fabulous service. Also all the fabrics & trimmings I’ve bought from them have been excellent quality & a good price.
I wish all companies were like this. I’ve just received an incorrect dress pattern from another company who’ve admitted it’s their mistake but won’t do any about it until I’ve returned the pattern, which as I live in a remote rural area, I can’t just pop down to the post office!
They need to take a leaf out of Neotrims customer service book!
