The Neo Knitting and Trims Company now primarily concentrates on e commerce. The Ribs and Trims are knitted in house at the Leicester factory for which we have become renowned.
The E commerce business now caters for Retail B2C and B2B clients.
You can find us also in eBay, Amazon and Etsy in UK and all the Worldwide Stores on these portals. For wholesale and larger quantities, we encourage you to use the Neotrims.com website as these have wholesale prices from a quantity of 50 pcs or 50 Meters upwards. You can of course buy retail there too.
The fabrics are imported from far east and others produced in our Leicester factories.

I needed to find a new supplier of 600D…
I needed to find a new supplier of 600D waterproof canvas and I called around to a few to order samples and get pricing. The fabric looked great, even if it was higher priced than other suppliers - it was a better quality. I asked if they could send me a swatch of each colour to use to take out to shows where I meet customers for my items - so they sent me labelled swatches of each colour. Super service and very quick.

Excellent customer service
The popper tape I ordered is very good quality, but I had a problem with my order. As soon as I contacted Neotrims my issue was addressed and the problem corrected. Excellent!

Water resistant canvas
Used this company several times now and they keep me updated throughout the buying and delivery process. I mainly get the plain 300d and 600d waterproof canvas and the quality is great. Really easy to sew and I've loads of made bags and pouches. Highly recommended.

Pésima experiencia con Neotrims y su gestión internacional
Hice un pedido a Neotrims desde España, y aunque pagué el producto y los impuestos en origen (Reino Unido), a los pocos días (6/6/2025) recibí una carta de la aduana española solicitando documentación adicional. Las cartas, como siempre, con un lenguaje excesivamente burocrático e incomprensible.
Tuve que ir personalmente a las oficinas de aduanas en el aeropuerto Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas para entregar los papeles. Me dijeron que en unos días recibiría el paquete. Mentira. Comenzaron a pedirme más documentación, colgándola en una web nada clara, y exigieron el pago de 34€ por "manipulación" y otros conceptos dudosos.
Lo más frustrante fue el tema del código IOSS. Gracias a ChatGPT supe que es un código de 2 letras y 12 dígitos. Se lo pedí a Neotrims y me enviaron uno incorrecto (2 letras y 10 dígitos). Les insistí varias veces explicando que sin el código correcto me harían pagar impuestos nuevamente, y aún así me respondieron que el suyo "era válido". Finalmente tuve que pedir a aduanas que me cobraran el IVA para poder recibir el paquete (3/8/2025), pagando otros 24€.
En resumen: por un pedido de 120€, he tenido que pagar 58€ extra en España, además de los impuestos que ya pagué en Reino Unido. Si Neotrims hubiera proporcionado el código IOSS correctamente desde el inicio, todo esto se habría evitado.
Muy decepcionado. No volveré a comprarles mientras no sepan gestionar envíos a la Unión Europea de forma adecuada.

I ordered 28 metres of fabric
I ordered 28 metres of fabric, which I assume was nearly a whole roll, but when the fabric was measured at Neotrims there was only 23 available. However the communication was very good from this company, and I made do with what was available. The refund was prompt. The fabric I ordered was a canvas linen/cotton mix, and I was very pleased with the quality and the price.

Great supplier. Initial enquiry was answered quickly and subsequent order arrived promptly. Excellent faux leather trimming for an upholstered stool which is a perfect colour match.
