Prompt delivery though still waiting for the second purchased nematode batch.
Very prompt slug killing within 4 days of treatment administered to beds affected. Pleased with the result but need more rapidly please. I requested and paid for 2 batches on date below. Only one has arrived. The next is now due. Please expedite

I made the mistake of getting a digit wrong in my postcode & my package was delivered to a mystery address.

Samantha offered my a replacement product as a gesture of goodwill which she didn’t have to do as the error was mine.

I made a purchase ,or at least I thought I did ,from this company! After no contact I followed up to be told that as I was not in their country they could not fulfill my order.....eventhough they had taken my money....furthermoret hey said that they could not offer a refund! There was some excuse given that 'live' produce could not be sent from UK to Ireland,yet this happens on a daily basis in all types of businesses.Why did their online site accept my order when they damn well knew that they could not fulfill it? They further said that I could not do a chargeback on my card.I wonder how much money are they making by doing this ....I cannot be the only customer that ordered product,paid for it and then nothing happens until I followed up and was told what I've just said here?

i have used this company about 6-7 times and always had good results but this time round it made NO difference
i have mailed them over the last 2-3 weeks with no reply even though they say
Our support team are available from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday to offer customer support and answer queries.
"We aim to respond to queries within a few hours and often respond within minutes."
and i have called twice and nobody answers

Communication has been established and the problem has been resolved satisfactorily in a very quick and timely fashion.
I will still use and recommend the product

I didn't use them this time around because of the weather and my time to be able to use them before the expiration date. I've used these before and they are great. Now that the weather is improving I have now ordered more to replace the ones I didn't use. This was for an ant problem in my grass
