Attention car Nélo Life ne semble pas du tout en conformité avec les lois européennes sur beaucoup de paramètres. Pas de garantie financière ni de RCP pour les services de voyages, plan de compensation illégal en plusieurs points, produits de santé non agréés, trading non avalisé par l’AMF, etc.
Consommateurs comme distributeurs, soyez très prudents.
La DGCCRF (Répression des Fraudes) en liaison avec d’autres entités très importantes qui défendent leur secteur d’activité, est informée. Les sanctions sont lourdes pour les distributeurs et les risques élevés pour les consommateurs.
