Francisco Dominguez was incredibly easy to work with. This settlement program in its essence is exactly the same as a program I just canceled because I was unsatisfied. Based on the credit drop the same program actually made the most sense to enroll it I didn’t want to re-enroll with the same company and Francisco was super helpful at expressing how your company is different. I had nothing to lose in this particular case.
