They were beyond helpful, using my information and my partners they found the insurance we needed for our circumstances. I even got a call when a better insurance was found, though sadly due to my history it wasn’t accepted but the call was appreciated. The advice and looking through different insurance policy was a great help which led to us choosing the insurance we did.

Adriana Fedor has gone over and above in assisting myself and my colleagues resolve an issue which was a real sticking point in our business plan. An excellent and professional service, will definitely recommend.

Joe Smith is amazing! The man has the patience of a saint and worked with me over many many weeks to identify the right mortgage for my complicated circumstances. He has great knowledge of the market and the products available. He always kept me up to date and made the whole process really easy. I would definitely use him and Neilson again in the future. All in all an excellent service.

Nancy Davies was unbelievably helpful during the whole process, she sorted out life insurance policies for my parents and we are more than satisfied with the policies we were offered. She went above and beyond to help us, and was extremely friendly throughout the process. Thank you Nancy

I only give 3 stars because I think it's wrong we didn't get the offer legal and general where giving when we took the policy out. If I hadn't left it to late I would of gone direct with legal and general

Anna was totally great. She was incredibly patient and guided me expertly without hassling me to spend more. In fact, we talked about other possibilities that would have got me to increase the premium but then advised me not to. She may not have known this but that’s what gave me the confidence to go ahead with Neilson Place rather than seek other brokers or quotes.

Adriana quickly found me a very competitive mortgage deal. She worked hard to process the application quickly and I received my mortgage offer within two weeks. The admin staff were also extremely helpful.
I would definitely use her again and would recommend Neilson Place. The fee was also much lower than previous brokers that I have used.

Ask for all details for quote and only at end mentikncthere will be no quote someone has to call.

Not interested in pressure selling or talking to someone on commission. Also lost trust as started from a lie.
