If you want a mortgage broker that is slow to react, takes three weeks to answer questions, has staff promise you a mortgage within the next ten days then go on holiday for 2.5 weeks, says you will have mortgage offer in two days time but then goes off line, asks you to sign mortgage offer acceptance form without issuing the mortgage offer, then this is the company. Phone number and email go unanswered just in case you try and sort any problems out. Its a total shambles.
