Customer Service Not There
They sent the light with a faulty power supply. Customer service is near non existent. Weeks later and still no new power supply.
Phone number they provide is to a voice-mail. No reply despite multiple calls.

The TP72A is well made and an excellent value
The TP72A is an excellent, well made tripod. I also own a Neewer mini-tripod (M521) which I use with my spotting scope. The quality of the mini is the reason I purchased the TP72A.

If you are ordering a large quantity of items, plan ahead. Delivery may take longer than indicated on the website. As for the products themselves, I have no complaints—everything is top-notch!

Sooo -much better- than Elgato!
I bought their key light recently and MAN! It's fantastic!! The granularity of the levels of power and color temperature, added with the convenience of PHYSICAL buttons for power, temperature, and intensity is unmatched. It has bluetooth and Wifi but you -don't need- to use them to use the light, so much better than Elgato. Really recommend NEEWER as a company and their products!
