YOUR DELIVERY MAY NEVER ARRIVE! NEEWER will not help!

When they "deliver" items you may not receive everything you've paid for! Then it's a horrendous experience going back and forth with a separate company to try to get the item sent to you. They don't they just issue a refund [If and when they decide to do so] I have not received a refund as of yet!! I have video proof item NEVER arrived. The company labels it as stolen. All they keep saying is the system shows at the ITEMS BEING DELIVERED and they are giving me grief over it! I HAVE VIDEO SHOWING THE ITEM WAS NOT PART OF WHAT WAS DELIVERED!!!! Now I dread seeing deliveries split up by Neewer because of this BS! They're going to claim their system shows items as delivered then they pawn you off onto another company to deal with problem! On a separate note I had an expected delivery for a Q6 on a Tuesday, it showed on a Monday morning! he experience is infuriating!!

The shipping information from the…

The shipping information from the carrier was vague, no ETA, no updates on where the package was in transit. I had to cancel a photo shoot because I had no idea when the package would arrive. It was not delivered within the 2-5 days as promised by the website. I received a $15 credit, but I lost more on the cancellation.

3 point light setup for videoconferencing

I use these lights for videoconferencing from my home office and they do exactly what I need them to do. They seem well made and are plenty bright despite the small size which means they don't take up too much desk space. Highly recommend.

Great product quality. Attractive, solid build.

Your products have really upgraded and remained competitive. O was really happy with both the Newer Q200 and adjustable gimbal arm accessory mount I received. Wonderful products! My only recommendation now is make a rubber "fender" cover that protects the back of the flash if it falls backward.

Shipping Updates Need Work, But Support Was Helpful

Initially, it was extremely difficult to track my order, and I received very few updates beyond the “order received” email, which definitely led to some frustration on my end.

That said, I was never truly upset or worried about my order, mainly just frustrated by the lack of communication and tracking clarity. Neewer’s customer service team later reached out to me directly, listened to my concerns, and apologized for the inconvenience. I genuinely appreciate the professionalism Neewer shows and their willingness to address the situation directly. Overall, while the experience started off frustrating, I’m satisfied with how they handled it in the end.

Not happy with purchase.

I like the lights are light weight.
They aren’t bright enough.
Have to get a light to find the control buttons, as they’re hard to feel.
Thinking of returning, not happy with my purchase.
