I used the try before you buy option to order the same dress in two sizes. My normal size fitted perfectly so returned the other size. I found this whole process very easy to do and the follow up emails and customer service were both great.

Excellent dresses
Excellent dresses, always feel amazing wearing one. I love the way they make you feel. My only comment would be , I ordered in the sale and the size I ordered on try before you buy was slightly too big. The sale was then removed from the website, so unable to try a smaller size. Could you also consider more in ballerina length as the are not many in any size or even a size 20 or above. Petite versions of dresses would be good. Many thanks.

It was everything I hoped for and more; wearing such a beautiful dress made me want to dance and twirl! I ordered a fresh new dress online, it arrived promptly and well-packaged and I cannot wait to wear it when I get married in a few months time!

Incorrect sizing and high return costs
The dresses are beautiful and well-made, but unfortunately, the sizing runs small. I ordered the item from Poland, and unfortunately, the sizing doesn’t match the standard size conversion. I’d probably have to have my ribs removed to fit into a size 34, which is what I usually wear. I’m disappointed because I had to send back such a beautiful dress, and the return shipping costs were very high. There’s also no information on exactly how much they’ll be, so I have to admit I was unpleasantly surprised. This discourages me from making further purchases at this store.

Gorgeous but...
Excellent speedy service.The dress arrived quickly,was beautifully packaged and looked as good as the website.The only downside was the colour.It states cream when you order but the tag on arrival states champagne. I love the dress so much that I will keep it and use it as I'd intended,for my wedding.Slightly disappointed in the shade but will stick with it.

Expensive Return Process From Canada
I’m getting married and ordered a dress from this website. The return process itself was quite simple, but unfortunately, the amount quoted for the return while it was being processed was much lower than the amount that was ultimately charged.
If you’re ordering from Canada, the return ended up costing almost $100 CAD. Because of this, I think it’s quite expensive and risky to order from the website if you’re unsure about sizing or fit.
The dress itself was beautiful, but unfortunately it didn’t fit. I was disappointed by the high return cost and, because of that, I wouldn't order from this website again.

Mother of the bride dress
I’d decided on a Needle & Thread dress for my daughters wedding. The try before you buy scheme is a wonderful opportunity to try various dresses on at home where you are comfortable without having to pay a fortune and then waiting for a refund for the items you don’t want to buy. On my attempt the dresses were too small but I had a favourite so I arranged a return for the gowns and ordered the one I loved in the next size which fitted perfectly . The whole procedure was very simple and a great idea for other high end brands to try. I’m delighted with my dress and I can’t wait for the wedding to show it off.

Inconsistent Sizing and Extremely High Return Shipping Costs
The product quality is acceptable, but the sizing is very confusing and inconsistent. I ordered two dresses in exactly the same size—one fit me well, while the other was much too small.
What disappointed me the most was the shipping and return cost. I paid $29.04 in shipping when I originally ordered the two dresses. I only returned ONE of the dresses, and the return shipping alone cost me another $70. That means I spent approximately $99 in total just on shipping—$29.04 to receive the order and $70 to return only one dress.
If you’re unsure about your size, be extremely careful before ordering. Considering that the sizing itself is inconsistent, the extremely high return shipping cost makes purchasing even more risky.
I understand that customers may be responsible for return shipping, but when returning just one dress costs $70, this should be made very clear to customers before they place an order. Had I known in advance that a return could cost this much, I would have reconsidered my purchase.
The product itself is acceptable, but the inconsistent sizing and nearly $100 I ended up spending on shipping made the overall experience very disappointing and left me feeling misled.

Ich habe mein Kleid für die standesamtliche Hochzeit bei N&T gekauft und bin sowohl von der Verarbeitung als auch von der Passform begeistert. Die Pailletten funkeln atemberaubend und das Kleid sitzt wie angegossen (dank der Größentabelle und ChatGPT-Hilfe). Der Versand nach Deutschland ging super schnell und die Bestellung war sehr unkompliziert. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: das Futter/Inlay ist aus Polyester (statt z.B. Viskose), was bei dem Preis eigentlich ein No-Go ist.
