We booked a stall for the event, but unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The staff were not particularly helpful, and we encountered multiple challenges that significantly impacted our participation.
Despite spending over £20,000, we faced strict time restrictions and inadequate assistance with loading and setup, which created unnecessary stress. Additionally, there were numerous technical issues throughout the event that disrupted our operations and affected our ability to engage effectively with attendees.
Overall, we were disappointed with the level of support and organization provided, especially given the substantial investment we made. We hope that these issues will be addressed for future events to ensure a smoother and more professional experience for exhibitors.
