So far I’ve been thoroughly enjoying my online learning course. As a mum with small children, learning at college wasn’t an easy option, so I enrolled in an online course with NCC instead. My tutor has been brilliant, very helpful and quick to respond to my queries and the platform used is easy to navigate and understand. The support team are also very helpful and help with enquiries quickly and efficiently.

Very good
Very good, work is marked by a tutor and feedback given. Cannot just read material and get a certificate, so feel like the qualification feels more validated and standards are expected to pass.
Only downside is there is no practical element or training videos to pull together learning.

Professional Support from NCC, but Course Hindered by Workplace
I enrolled in the "TQUK Adult Care Level 3 Diploma RQF with observations," but couldn’t continue as my care home didn’t provide the required support. This was disappointing, though not NCC’s fault. NCC has been professional and always responded promptly to my emails.
