I am currently enrolled into a level 3 diploma for childcare and am finding it great, set up was super quick got my login within a few hours of singing up, online portal is really easy to use and am able to message me tutor when ever I need help.

Signed Up for the Wrong Course, Thriving Anyway
I had a brief identity crisis and realised I was on the wrong course, so I switched to one that actually matches my career goals. Thankfully, the admin team handled it like absolute pros and even waived the fee — 10/10 customer service, would panic‑change courses again. Finding NCC was the breakthrough for me to progress my learning. I had been struggling to find the right course with flexibility for online self paced study and at a reasonable price.
