Naxir Anmeldelser

Rubbish product. Cheap and flimsy. Absolute scam

except you weren't aware, I had ordered the cane.

Good communications. Quick responses to emails. Product nicely and safely packaged and appears to work well upon just opening and setting up. Good faith in Naxir but choice of delivery company Evri failed them in the end by not delivering direct to exact address on a parkhome estate of 80+ homes.

GREAT SERVICE... EASY TO USE WITH THE "GET-UP" BAR THAT FOLDS DOWN WHEN NOT NEEDED.

Great service from Rachelle and Ali.

Thank you .

Quick response to inquiry and continuity of followup questions.

The cane is fine. When It arrived, the box looked like it had been opened before and was dented in a few places. I thought maybe it got bashed around in the delivery trucks. The cane is a lovely blue and I use it when I leave the house especially if the sidewalks or parking lots are not as smooth to walk on.

I love the walking stick. It had extra I didn't expect - Light & alarm. It arrived in a timely fashion in good repair. ?Definitely recommend.

Replacement stick due to damage ?delivery received new stick which I'm very happy about gives a lot more stability especially with winter is nearly upon us thank you for prompt service.

Excellent quality goods. The walking sticks are comfortable, lightweight and strong, and I am happy with my purchases. Customer Service is very good as my delivery was later than expected and they looked into this immediately and resolved.

The package arrived earlier than I expected so congratulations on your efficiency and excellent service.

So far they have been very helpful

Very quick to help out, much appreciated, it's good to deal with a company with excellent customer service!

I think this walking stick is a game changer for me
Getting out of a chair, sofa has become increasingly difficult
I had to use both hands on my sofa to get to a standing position
I’m so glad I bought it
There was only one issue I had
I’m 82 and had difficulty closing the battery component when I inserted the batteries
I had to get a family member to help me
Apart from that it’s a fabulous product
Thank you

The walking cane is excellent. Fortunately I still have strong bones, but if I fall over thelower handle of the cane will certainly help me get back on my feet and the flashlight will help me find the telephone which flew out of my hand,,,

it was explained very well how I could get further assistance when I needed it.

The walking stick is very helpful and especially the ability to raise one's self from s seated position.

I ordered a Naxir stand easy cane, having previously had a sub standard 'copy'. The real cane is far superior in quality to the cheaper types. Delivery was reasonable but not quick.

We received a decent product at a reasonable cost. It was purchased due to the extra handle to facilitate my husband standing up after seated in a chair without arms.
He does not feel secure to risk trying it since falling is to be avoided, always!
Perhaps a video of an old man with a weak knee demonstrating how much it helps to avoid falls?
