The first 2 pair of shoes I did not like. Not what expected. Wrote to company and although they did not refund me they allowed me to pick another pair of shoes at no cost. Received my new shoes the other day and love them. Thank you

I bought these shoes because they looked comfortable, and they are. I have size 5 W feet, and these shoes were comfortable wherever I wore them. I took them on short and long walks, and they did not disappoint.

I bought one pair to give them a try and 2 pair from another company that were less expensive but looked similar. Picked all 3 pair up from the post office on the same day and tried them on. Packed up the 2 less expensive pair and sent them back and ordered the other 2 colors from Naturstepwear because the difference was incredible!!! Love love LOVE these shoes!!! Now I have to order some for summer 😁

I ordered the winter naturstep because I experienced chronic knee pain and neuropathy. I figured I'd give the shoe a try since it looked warm. After about 2 weeks my knee pain reduced significantly and my neuropathy decreased significantly. We started to get warm weather so I tried to put my Skechers back on.
Besides not having the same comfort level within 3 days my knee pain was back. So I just ordered summer shoes. It really works. It's 70 degrees today but I'm wearing my winter fur lined naturstep anxiously waiting for my summer shoes. The other thing I noticed is that it really improved my balance and I hadn't had a trip walking since I am wearing them

I have peripheral neuropathy so walking is definitely an issue for me. I purchased two pairs of these shoes and a pair of insoles and I have since purchased another pair of shoes and insoles. You don’t have to buy the insoles, but they are really nice and comfortable. With these shoes I can walk across ice and not fall, whereas before I wouldn’t have ever done that. I would hold on to my husband for dear life and pray I wouldn’t fall and take us both down. I use one pair specifically as slippers to wear in the house. I will definitely be buying more shoes as these are definitely the best shoes I have EVER purchased. They also fit perfectly.

Ergonomic and Supportive winter boots are my perfect solution to unstable knees walking on unstable winter weather ground. The boot fits like a glove had a wide base and sturdy warm construction. I not only feel safe maneuvering terrain but warm am toasty. Highly recommended.

My original order had issues and I thought it would be blown away like an order I had with another company. I was sooooo wrong. I had a quick reply by a very friendly lady. She never lied to me or left me alone. She had me keep the items that didn’t fit me and had me order for all new correct size items for free. Thank you Emma, there are very few people that would be so kind. By the way, I will DEFINITELY continue with Naturstepwear…the shoes are AWESOME!

Several things. I originally got the wrong size. They let me order the new size for free and keep the original ones, that I gave now to my daughter. At my age, shoes that easily slip on without me bending over is very helpful. they are comfortable.

I recently learned about Naturestepwear and ordered my first pair of shoes. They came, I was so pleased (and there was a great sale going on) with the style and fit I ordered a pair of boots. They arrived the day I had decided to order another pair of boots while the winter sale was still on. Enclosed in the package was a coupon for a thank you of 20% off my next purchase. I emailed Naturestep, explaining what happened and within a few hours they had changed my order to reflect the additional discount. Great products, fantastic customer service, I couldn't be more pleased!

I ordered a second pair by accident they gave me my money back and first pair came finally n they feel good on my feet I have neurapathy I wear them as round the house their fuzzy inside n wont slip off so comfy probably order another pair sometime thank you

I am really pleased with the customer service I received today. I emailed Naturstep about an order I placed which had the wrong size and color. Within two hours I had a response to let me know they had canceled that order, along with thanking me, as a first time buyer.

Emma was an EXCEPTIONAL customer service rep. I had a glitch with my original order which she fixed in a few seconds. Then I made a special request to update my order and she was able to quickly accommodate it. She was a clear communicator and a pleasure to do business with!

I was pretty disappointed in the first pair of shoes that I received. They were not what I thought they were going to be and they did not fit well and the second pair of shoes for my wife did not fit her well at all either.. I contacted the company wanting to get a refund, but they will not take the shoes back because of hygiene reasons which I understand. they would, however give me a 30% refund back and I keep the shoes that I had or I get on an order another pair of shoes for my wife and I customer service that I dealt with her name is Emma and she is the most wonderful helpful customer service person that I’ve ever spent time with. she emailed me back-and-forth and we finally got everything straightened out. I got new shoes coming. I cannot thank the company enough for hiring people like Emma that was so thorough and helpful and was constantly in touch with me to make my sometimes frustrating time so much easier to deal with she deserves a 10 out of 10 five stars out of 5 she’s a wonderful wonderful customer service rep and she should get a very big Christmas bonus and raise lol. I am looking forward to the new shoes coming .
Just a note to anyone out there if you have any problems and you are lucky enough to have a customer service rep like Emma you will be thoroughly satisfied with anything that you do, but that’s just my personal opinion.

I was offered a replacement to another pair of shoes and not returning the ones that didn't fit me. which was a surprise and wonderful!

The correspondence I received was exceptional and always very prompt. The issue I experienced was handled very professionally and to the customer's satisfaction. Options were provided to try and solve the issue. I would purchase from Naturstep again.

Fast service. Excellent customer service?! Excellent quality shoes.
Very pleased. Naturstepwear will be a regular stop for me when I am looking for new shoes.
