When trying to place an order online I was quoted two different total prices to qualify for free delivery, so I abandoned the order. This happened more than once so I bought locally.

Hi Jim, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m very sorry for the confusion and frustration caused when you were trying to place your order.
We discovered that there was a bug on our website where free shipping was initially being calculated based on the full product price, but then recalculated at checkout using the discounted price. That should not have happened, and I completely understand why it would have been frustrating to see two different totals.
The issue has now been fixed, and we’re sorry we weren’t aware of it sooner so we could have helped you at the time.

Great ordering experience
I ordered a book and some vitamins, delivery was very quick and I loved the little note in the box to say who packaged it and they added a complimentary magnesium supplement sample. I will definitely be ordering again- thanks 🤩

Great service. Placed a large order based on a sale price and received a call the following day to advise that the sale price was due to the stock being short dated and they were concerned that I wouldn't use it in time. I assured them that I would but great of them to check with.me
