Above and beyond

Natural Health Store not only has a better selection than some other brand stores, but they ship so fast I have received my order anywhere from 1-2 days which is incredible. They have also specially ordered an item for me, which was much appreciated. They really go above and beyond.

When trying to place an order online I…

When trying to place an order online I was quoted two different total prices to qualify for free delivery, so I abandoned the order. This happened more than once so I bought locally.

Hi Jim, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m very sorry for the confusion and frustration caused when you were trying to place your order.

We discovered that there was a bug on our website where free shipping was initially being calculated based on the full product price, but then recalculated at checkout using the discounted price. That should not have happened, and I completely understand why it would have been frustrating to see two different totals.

The issue has now been fixed, and we’re sorry we weren’t aware of it sooner so we could have helped you at the time.
