I purchased Moogoo shampoo & conditioner on the cheapest price and received it in a timely manner

Ordered from this company never received anything claiming waiting on stock. Received refund but suspected Scammers hoping you just forget and vanish

Complete SCAM COMPANY..
Strange Indian woman answers the phone, she acts weird, won’t send email to confirm receipt of order.
Asked multiple times and no response.
Lied and said the orders been dispatched by Royal Mail. It hadn’t.
Had to report this scam company to my credit card company. Won’t receive the items of course.
Now the headache of getting a refund.
Will report to trading standards.

I ordered faith in nature lemon and tea tree shampoo from here as nowhere else had it in stock. I received something completely different and when I contacted them was told faith in nature had changed their formula and it was the same thing, which of course it isnt

As an online consumer for 23+ years, I've earned the experience to know a scam when I see one. Just a shame that experience didn't come with a bit of common sense on my part lol.

As other reviewers have said, I too paid my money in good faith in exchange for goods. But then as the days turned into weeks & they tried to bamboozle me with silly excuses, the reality of being scammed hit home.

When you compare supplement companies like Dolphin Fitness or Holland & Barrett (used both many times), with all their thousands of positive reviews from satisfied customers who received the goods, against the pitiful 4 or so mainly negative reviews on Trust pilot about this company, you begin to see a very clear picture emerge of just who and what Natural Balance are all about.

These people don't value their customers. Short term gain is what they're all about. They know the lure of easy profits, taking without giving, is far too appealing, too easy, too lucrative. They'll take your money then lie about sending your order. As the expression goes, its like taking candy from a baby for these people. There are millions who now shop online without doing their due diligence about who they give their money too. And I'm ashamed to say I've been one of them. So shame on them but also shame on me.

For every person who takes the time to share their experiences with rogue traders like Natural balance, there are probably thousands who don't have a voice and suffer their loss in silence. Its a shame how websites like there's continue to operate & snare countless more innocent victims, without the authorities stepping in to close them down.

My usual go too source were out of stock, so I took a gamble on Natural balance. I admit I was fooled by their fancy looking website. In hindsight I should've spent a few minutes checking for reviews online. If you've been a victim of Natural balance, and regardless of whether your bank etc refunds you, report these people to whatever authority will listen.

Bought several items and a week after still no delivery and no email to communicate dispatch. I emailed them but got no response and then called. The woman who answered told me the items would be sent the following week as they “run out of it”. I mentioned that I would have expected to be informed about it and that I was going to open a case with PayPal and got refunded immediately.

Beware that they won't deliver the products and PayPal won't help you.

Scam business. Sent me the incorrect product so I tried to contact the business and obtain an exchange. They provide no customer service whatsoever. No response via email and no response via phone.

Opened a Paypal case to try to get a refund and they sent Paypal fake evidence to try to win the claim! Shameful stuff. Avoid this business
